Product never arrived. Just countless emails apologising for delays and trying to sell me other ‘deals’. Don’t risk it. Waste of money.

The only thing I’d improve is the sturdiness of the outer box. It arrived a bit soft at the corners, but everything inside was fine. Apart from that, packaging and branding looked great.

It fits alright though I wish it was just a little tighter under the jaw. Still, it does help tone the area a bit after a few uses. I wasn’t expecting miracles but it’s not bad at all for the price. Delivery was nice and quick.

I reached out about the 30-day money-back guarantee, but was told that only unused products qualify for a refund. I have only used 1 mask out of the 3 and am still waiting for instructions on returning the 2 unused masks for a partial refund. It’s been 2 days, and their responses are very slow — I have to send multiple messages to get answers. Overall It’s a big disappointing. I wish they had a number to contact instead of email.

The fact that it’s reusable makes it such good value. I’ve already washed mine several times and it still keeps its shape like new. Love that it’s eco friendly too, feels better not throwing things away after one use.

Only used 1 mask to date but could definitely feel a difference after removing the mask. Not sure that they last for 5 uses each, maybe 3 uses.

I didn't have any results with this product. I used the product exactly like the website stated. I contacted the company and followed the instructions exactly as the website stated for a return. This company DOES NOT follow that policy. DO NOT buy this product unless you are willing to keep it if it doesn't work. Will never buy from this company for any reason and will make sure no one I care about orders it!!!

Ive tried similar chin masks before but this one feels different somehow. There is a real cooling effect that makes it nice to wear and the fit stays snug. It costs a bit more than some others but the quality makes sense once you try it.

I have seen small results so far, but the cooling effect of the masks are beneficial in itself.

When I ordered this, I thought it would just be another silicone thing that ends up in a drawer but it’s honestly so effective. My skin feels tighter every time I use it and my mum even asked if I’d changed my skincare routine. They wrapped it in tissue paper and it looked kind of premium which I loved.

So far I really like the Chinology mask. I have used the mask 3 times. Wearing it for 10 minutes each time. I am seeing some results. The only issue I have with the mask is that the straps are not comfortable on my ears. The mask itself is feels great on my skin. I love that it does not have an added scent to it.

The mask feels cool and is comfortable. It does wrinkle in some areas but is still getting the target area. It stretches a bit after the first use but still remains a bit firm. I saw results after the first 2 uses. I'm hoping my toddlers don't get ahold of it as much as possible.
