UPDATED: Unfortunately, I’ve had to amend this review. I placed my order on Thursday at 2:30 pm for next-day delivery, missing the cut-off time by only 30 minutes. Because of this, I contacted customer service to check whether the order could still arrive on time, as it was a gift I needed by Saturday noon. Customer service responded very quickly and reassured me that this would be possible. i was impressed.
I completely understand that delivery delays can sometimes be outside of the company’s control. However, I am disappointed that I was reassured the order would arrive on time when, by Saturday noon, it had not even left the delivery depot despite me paying for next-day shipping.
Unfortunately, I will now need to return the item after it arrives..

We love Mori

We love Mori. Their sleepsuits are super soft and comfy. All our baby’s sleepsuits and bodysuits are from Mori. We joined the sleepclub which helps not having to think about buying a new sleepsuit. The only thing I’d like is a way to donate our old sleesuits or recycle them.

The staff in the store in nottinghill are wonderful and super helpful.

Great customer service and fast resolution

I had an issue with a delivery that appeared to be lost in transit, but I was really impressed with how MORI handled it.

Their customer service team was responsive, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. Once the issue was confirmed, they quickly arranged a replacement and even shipped it via express delivery, which arrived without any problems.

Great customer service

We have used Mori products for both my daughter and now my son. Unfortunately, one of the zippers on ny son’s sleepsuit broke after a couple of wears making it unwearable. I contacted Mori and Grant responded within an hour and a replacement sleepsuit arrived within a few days. Great customer service and lovely products!

One of those "wow" customer service companies

Amazing customer service. In March 2025 I ordered a pack of 7 sleepsuits. I thought I only received 6. Sadly we later discovered that someone had been taking things from our home, and this is most likely why 1 went missing. MORI replaced the 7th and was highly responsive during this time. Secondly, when I compare my baby's clothes to the clothes purchased from other companies, the MORI clothes are softer, last longer, and are just of a much higher quality. I now only go to MORI to buy items for my daughter, knowing that the quality is awesome, and the customer service is exceptional.
