Best bang for buck

The prices are better nearly every place out there. I have gotten items that are different from what I've ordered, but they have always been quick to fix the issue. Many times if i need to send something back, i get a new shipping label within a day. Over all great place, and I continue to use them frequently

Nice and easy , could not be happier !

This is my first purchase from cex. I bought 2 Rx 480 (8gb) , both of the graphics card came with the box and neatly packaged complete with all the caps for ports (did not expect this) . The handling and delivery time could be improved but overall it was a pleasant buy . I would definitely recommend purchasing from this website .

Very fast shipping and products were in …

Very fast shipping and products were in good condition. Had to return an item and the cex team replied within 5mins of email being sent. Kept in communication the entire time until I received my refund. Just great !

online shopping is a no go

I purchased a pair of headphones online from CeX and they sent me pair of headphones that were clearly not what I ordered. Thankfully, I was able to go into the local CeX for refund but all that to say, buying online from CeX is crapshoot at best.

I bought kinect sensor for Xbox one

I bought kinect sensor for Xbox one. It was super dirty and dusty. But worked fine. They could have at least cleaned and shipped it.

Dont buy online buy only in the store

Dont buy online .. i don't really buy used products .. i did because in the store near to my house everything is clean an looks nice .. so i thought all the stores would do the same .. but NO THEY DONT .. i wanted something that my store didn't have so i bought online from another cex store but the product was dirty and not in good condition also it didn't come with what did the picture showed .. My store had to replace the cords cuz the one they send didn't work .. and the accessories were broken inside but my store could replace it cuz they didn't have it .. it works but no what i expected.. dont buy online.. go to the store and buy it there ..( sorry English is not my native language)

I bought Lenovo y510p 16gb ram ( order # 58676)

I bought Lenovo y510p 16gb ram with B condition. I received a damaged laptop with only 8gb. I was trying to return at my local Cex South Street Philadelphia Area. However, the customer thought I was replaced a part and asked me to return to online department.
I would like a upper manager took a look of my case. Why did I receive a missed part and damaged laptop.
