You offered an items in stock

You offered an items in stock. Then took nearly a week to tell me it was unavailable after I had already paid for it. Unacceptable business practice.

We do not have a centralised warehouse. The stock is sourced from our various stores across the US. When you place an order online, we send what is called a pick list to the relevant store(s). There is then a small period in which the store will need to respond to this, stating whether or not they can ship the goods in question.

As such, it is possible that before the pick list is returned, it could be sold in store, or to a different on-line customer before it can be allocated to your order.

In other cases, we may find that the item is in fact broken, damaged, or even missing. We attempt to send the order to other stores should this occur, but this is not always possible and we may experience the same issues of non availability.

Unfortunately, we were unable to complete your order due to it being out of stock, but please rest assured that you were not charged for it.

I personally apologise for all the inconvenience caused to you. If you need help with anything else, please contact us at care@webuy.com and we will be happy to assist you further.

Cancelled half of my order

Cancelled half of my order. If I had the option to cancel, I would have. I added the $1 game just to get something extra. They cancelled the more expensive half. Cause they couldnt find it. Then sent me the $1 game with no cover. When the retail stores now have a new policy where they dont accept games with no covers. Avoid at all costs. My first and last experience with the cex website.

I have ordered multiple times and …

I have ordered multiple times and almost every time there is a problem with the order. I've gotten damaged product and the completely wrong item. The deals are good on some items but it doesn't matter when you don't even get the right thing.

Sent me less expensive item

Genuine watch band, shipped me a much less expensive dock than I ordered. I paid for the one with a built in iPhone charger, which costs considerably more, and received the one with only an apple watch dock. It would have cost less to buy a brand new one at best buy. It even had a webuy sticker on it saying it was the more expensive version. Unreal.

Shipping could have been faster

Shipping could have been faster. Ordered on Thursday and didnt ship till friday evening could have received it Saturday but came on Monday but its all good still got it and works fine.

Fantastic experience

I have been purchasing celluar devices, Micro SD cards and other accessories at the Humble Deerbrook CEX location without any issues. The gentlemen working at the Humble Deerbrook have always been helpful and always welcoming.
Recently i visited the store due to a systems crash my sisters LG G4 had. They did not have any in stock but provided a full credit to purchase a new device. I eventually purchased a new LG G5 and it was mailed within 5 days of purchase. The ONLY negative comment i will add is due to USPS. I would suggest using a different method/carrier to ship the products. I would have received my sisters phone a lot faster had USPS delivered it to the address i entered.
Thank you for the fantastic service and great products at competitive prices.

iPad Pro Cover That Was Splendidly Packaged, Clean & Prompt

I ordered this cover for my iPad on a Sunday and it arrived on a Tuesday! Such speed and great packaging, too. Sure, it was used, but it was well maintained and the team at CeX/Webuy cleaned it up nicely, too. I'll definitely be checking them before I make any tech-related purchases. You should, too!

Great company, Needs some work

Look, the games it's self isn't the issue, in fact I couldn't be happier with them. It's the poor website/shipping procedures that have me puzzled. Not only do they limit you to ordering 10 games at a time, I had to end up placing three different orders, and paying 6$ for shipping 3 different times, which comes out to 18$. This day n Age that's just unacceptable due to the United States having one of the cheapest shipping prices in the world. And my orders came in like 6 different packages, which leaves a lot of room for stuff to happen in the shipping process. Other than that I would give 5 stars for the low prices of the games and fast shipping. P.S, any "company" in today's online industry MUST accept more than just PayPal as a way to pay for your order.

We've now changed the checkout process, you can enter up to 250 items! However, our shipping fees have now changed.

Items on an order where the unit price is less than $70.00 will incur an item delivery charge of $1.90.

Items on the order where the unit price is more than $70.00 will not incur an item delivery charge.

In order to give our customers access to all of our products, we ship from multiple locations. Amazon Sellers offer $3.99 delivery charge per item, and we beat that by more than half!

We do accept Credit Cards, however we can only send to the registered address (Billing Address) of the card at this time. If you want to use a credit card, and send to address other than your Billing Address, you can use PayPal ExpressCheckout to choose another address.

Ordered three Apple watch bands...received two

Ordered three Apple watch bands. Two were immediately shipped, the third I had to email about twice before they refunded my money. The bands themselves were as described, just wasn't expecting to need to babysit my order.
