Unbelievable!

Unbelievable!

I traded in items and opt for vouchers a while back. AND out of no where, CEX (US) decided to no longer accept online order. I am located in Cali and the closest CEX store to me is about 1500 miles away. How am i suppose to spend my voucher?

Also, i tried to contact the company but was ignored. PLEASE BE AWARE!

Received two games and only one worked

Received two games and only one worked! Took it back to a CeX store location and they were unable to help as they stated they had no record of the purchase made online.

I ordered Xmas gifts nd money was taken …

I ordered Xmas gifts and money was taken from my account. Then I get an email saying that there was a problem so the order was cancelled. It did not say what the problem was. I go to the website and see a new message across the home page saying that web orders are no longer being taken. I used the website because I purchased two items that were not available in the state where I live. The prices were great. I know I will not be able to find both of those items in that condition for that price. Now my kids have to wait even longer before getting Xmas gifts. This was a bad experience.

Please be assured that you haven't been charged. When you place an order online, the funds for the order are allocated. This means that although you have not been charged, the funds for the order are no longer available to you. In the event that your order is canceled, unsuccessfully placed, or part of it cannot be sourced, these funds will be returned within 10 working days.
