Was leery at 1st because online inventory did not represent what was in stores, but after ordering online item came in 3 days. Very satisfied.
Wrong item, poor service
Got sent the wrong laptop. It was also in terrible condition, missing parts, and has a rattling SSD. Large crack in the corner, grime all over the screen, etc. Customer service was TERRIBLE. No solution offered other than "return it". I don't think I'll ever buy from here again.

Cheap items but terrible customer service responses…
Four items from my orders this week came not as shown. Three TV dvd's did not come in the original packaging and a 1st generation Ipad did not come with ibooks or the capability to add that program or many others because of the version. (ibooks was clearly labeled on the description of the ipad).
Communication is very difficult. Emails are not returned. (I sent my first one last Thursday) and there is no phone number to contact either the store or the main office.

I love this store, there was one in Everett, WA I went to almost weekly. I know all the West Coast stores closed but one really needs to open in the Midwest!

the service is great once you figure out how to use the vouchers. Applying the vouchers online is a lot more difficult than going to the store. they should simplify the process

The phone I bought came loaded with the last owner's information. If I wasn't an honest person, I could have logged in into his Gmail and Facebook! Also, I was told 3-5 days, and my purchase took 8 days.

I found this site due to a tech reviewer, since then I've been purchasing stuff from the site and will continue to do so, the shipping is fast and 1.90 is nice but I would prefer if you order over a certain price and items it would be free or at least discounted, I imagine shipping some items is more expensive than the shipping

I recently bought an i7 2600 and it arrived to me and it did not work tried to return it no email response and the only way to reach is through email and it seems like it's automated.
