They will steal your packages and then blame you. Despite the mail delivery showing it was delivered they will claim they didn’t get it. Allow me to explain
1. Provide them shipping information along with company you ordered from
2. They can now see where the package is coming from, Rayban, Apple, Sephora etc
3. They can see if the package has a signature verification included in shipping because they can see and track your order the same way as you
4. When it arrives the simply steal your package
5. If you say anything, they will start demanding you for information like you work for them until they ask for something you can’t get. They will ask for verification it was delivered from shipping company, once you provide it they will request verification from the sender, once you provide it they will ask for more and more, and then when they eventually ask for proof the item was signed for and you provide it, they will claim they don’t know who signed for it. So it doesn’t matter what you do.
6. Once you tell them you can’t get it, they close your ticket and take the package home to enjoy
7. They have been doing this for a long time, but I think very soon it will come back to bite them
They have 40+ reports of stolen and missing items in the past 6 months, multiple reports to Delaware law enforcement, an F rating with the BBB, and recently lost a case in the country of Georgia where even Georgian citizens had to take them to court for taking and keeping packages.
A Note to the company: congratulations! The handful of employees who work for you that steal packages which is a federal offense will be responsible for the downfall of your business. Well done
worst company ever, trying to get in touch for 3 damn days with them and they dont even answer, lost my package with new year gifts, horrible experience i suggest to never work with them ever!!!
Horrible company! They implemented an AI assistant that constantly changes its mind. As a result, they completely blocked my account. There are other, more decent companies where people, not AI, handle customer support.
Good company. Only positive experiences. And they react very fast when you write them.
Very bad experience, i took time to register here and vote 1 stars thats how bad it is. delivery time is very bad. i dont recommend them, use their alternatives ANY one of them is better than usa2georgia.

I made 4 orders with this company and they are always late for a lot. From Hungary it took 1 day to deliver to USA, 1 day to deliver to their warehouse. And since then it's always more than 3 weeks till you get your order, getting over all possible time estimations. Trying to find out anything is impossible. Documents review is taking ridiculous time too.
The company also doesn't take any responsibility and doesn't help you with the customs procedure. Unfortunately, all other companies are even worse. So it's a go-to option only if you don't care about your time and money
I had a horrible experience. Ordered a package about a month ago and I have been trying to contact them for several days, but onlythe chatbot answers. Could not find a human to talk to. I recommend using many other services that we have in Georgia, they are cheaper and won't scam you like this company does.
I ordered 5 packages and received all of them. The best possible way to order from USA. Much cheaper than official Amazon partners.
The company gave my parcel to the customs even tho I provided an ID that was given to me by georgian government they let the customs take my parcel under the reason that I'm a forginer and I should provide a passport I provided the passport and now my parcel is super late and they keep saying we will send you an email if you can't handle such issues quit the job I did order to georgian post many times never asked a passport and never late it's my bad to put trust on such company as yours
Been using Usa2Georgia since 2016, so eight years now. Until 2023 I actually had quite positive experience with their customer service and their customs demonstrated problem solving skills, and seemed to care about customer satisfaction.
In 2023, I received an empty box (Apple Watch). They had cut down the package and only delivered the charger of the watch. It was laborous to try to solve the issue with them, and then with Amazon. Usa2Georgia was blaming Amazon, and Amazon was blaming Usa2Georgia. Only contacting Visa finally solved the issue. I never got back the money I paid for the customs, which in this case were quite substantial and since it was an expensive product.
In 2024 I ordered a birthday present for my 4-year old daughter. As one of the packages arrived to the Usa2Georgia depot in Delaware two weeks earlier, the total value of the packages barely went over the GEL 300 customs limit. On Usa2Georgia website, it states that customs procedures take between 2-4 business days. I immediately paid the service fee (GEL20) for customs clearance, after which it took over a week to be presented with the actual customs invoice which again I paid immediately. It was paid together with a TBC customer representative with all the requested information from Usa2Georgia. After it took another three days to get a message that even though they had received the payment, something in the payment information was incorrect. When I contacted Usa2Georgia customer service I got an automated reply from an A.I that acknowledged receiving the payment. Now the birthday gift had been 11 days stuck at the customs and I still did not know what was the issue. Finally 12 days later I got an email from an actual human representative that said that I needed to contact (meaning I had to visit them) revenue service center because the fiscal (tax) code I had indicated (together with TBC Bank professional) was in the wrong line. ”Contacting” Revenue Service Center, which means going there physically as they don’t pick phone calls or send you statements, which will take even more time, and I am travelling at the moment (not physically in Tbilisi).
Anyways, having ordered via Usa2Georgia tens of thousands of dollars worth products over the years, seeing that their customs will not show any leniency/flexibility (when the info apparently is on the wrong line), my daughter having missed her birthday present, knowing that my even a bank professional is unable to meet their demands (payment information), this unfortunately will be my last time using their ”services” which in this case turned out to be pretty time consuming and frustrating process.
Judging by the not helpful and not so polite replies I get from their customer service, I doubt they will be missing me as a client. Fortunately there now exists an alternative in Georgia.
The positive thing is that I will find my daughter another birthday present because my fully paid package will probably be still stuck at the customs next (third) week.
If everything goes well, it's ok.
I guess I was lucky to receive 8 orders with them without any problems when everything went smoothly.
But if something goes wrong, they simply don't care.
You'll have to write to them million times to extract information about your package piece by piece.
After they added "AI" it started sending messages and push notification with plain wrong information.
The staff came across as rude and irresponsible, giving the impression that they didn't care about you or your order
Another interaction with them just before the last order - wanted to order a monitor from US Amazon. They told me that they will take insurance fee, but the monitor would not be covered by this insurance. Taking money for insurance and not covering it both are their "policy". This describes about every human interaction with them.
If you ask a question in English that is too difficult, they won't probably be able to understand it and answer adequaltly.
So if anything goes wrong, and you don't know Georgian, you are on your own. Think twice before using their service.
I have been using them for 3 years. They recently had the cut down options that they do not adhere to. They will still charge dimensional weight and lie to say it cannot be cut down. Your package will say arrived today but you won't be able to collect it till 3 or 4 days later. When you call they change the flight date to something else. No one is there to help you. If you can ship elsewhere. Do it! 2 weeks + to get a package. Rediculous.
