I ordered a mini rotary saw with 3 blades and all I received was the 3 blades. Please do by order from these people.

I placed an order on May 25th and now it is July 24th and still no package.These are scammers so please if you like getting what you ordered,I strongly suggest you don't buy anything from them.Will notify my bank for a refund.You can email them all you like but only get their robot response.They are USA big deal,not USA big deals which is a totally different company and that's how they make you believe they are legit!

If I could give a negative star review, I would! This company never sends what you order. They send you bogus tracking numbers from all over the country and the packages never get picked up because they probably don't exist. I am presently on the phone with my bank to get a refund and report this company. Buyer Beware!!

This place is terrible. I am stopping payment tomorrow on my credit card. I placed an order on June 14th. My confirmation said I would receive my order in 10 days. I have not received it one month later. I also wrote an email asking about the status of my order on July 5th. No response back as of July 14.

I would give this company zero stars. Order 2 things from then on April 25, 2020 to this day July 11,2020 I have not received my orders. Checked so called tracking and orders haven't even shipped. Emailed them and got excuses that because of COVID-19 shipping is backed up. This is B**LS**T. I have no problems getting orders from other places in China within a few weeks. Do not order anything from this company.

I made a purchase in mid.May 2020, have not received purchase. I have emailed requested for my purchase or a refund for past 2 weeks, no response.
Purchaser BE AWARE Scam and using COVID19 for delay but not responding to customers.
No way to call..no. Return response on emails sent.

I purchased a wireless earbuds on May, haven’t received yet. No way of tracking or calling as there is no phone number to contact them. I have sent several emails asking for my item first and many more asking for a refund with no response. I am contacting my bank to dispute the charges to my card. Scammers

Ordered the "peek-a-boo" bear in April. No way of tracking. Emailed them in June and asked for a refund. They said they couldn't do it because it was in transit. Finally I emailed them again and told them I would contact my credit card company for a refund. Never heard another word from them. My credit card company refunded the money. Obviously a scam!

I ordered a flash drive FEBRUARY 19TH and still haven't received it!!! I have sent multiple emails and they don't care. The only reason they got 1 star from me is because zero isn't an option! They are horrible, scammers, liars and the worst business!!! Don't buy anything from these awful thiefs! You will regret it.

I ordered a hair straightener from them on 5/28/2020 and have yet to receive it. Anytime I contact them they send the same stupid email response that says they received my email if you got email confirmation order was received they didn’t forget about you they have high volume of emails coming in and that’s it. You can’t physically talk to anyone. I feel like I’ve been ripped off. I should have looked at the reviews first before ordering anything. They suck and seems like a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

If there was a minus 1 or zero I would use it also. They are a huge ripoff and it took 3 months to send me my flexible hose that turns out not to be the right size as stated on the website. I have a complaint to Paypal about them, but now I don't think I can wait for my money...this company is a awful!

Have no delivery of my massage cushion. Read reviews! SCAM. Spreading the word to Facebook and others.

Don’t use the site, it must be a scam

This company must be sending the product from China on a boat. Purchased on May 5 and received the item on June 29. No communication and worthless tracking number. Further, the product was very cheaply made. Stay away from Usabigdeal.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Do not buy from them. I am not sure if it's due to Covid-19 or if they are just thieves. I bought 2 garden hoses from them back in May and they sent me an unusable tracking number. It has been 2 months and nothing. They took my money and have not responded. Do not buy from them. Save your money.

i orderd a shiatsu chair massager 5-5,2020 ,have not got it yet ,they keep giving me the run around i will file a report with bbb.

Worthless company that just takes your money.
Clearly stated on their sight that product would arrive in 2-4 days. Now been two months and still no product or a refund. Generic BS email responses from them.
