What do I even do now guys? How do I block their ads and be secure?

Bought lights never got product enough with the China crap us Americans needs to start buyng local.

I placed order and I have never received product, but they already charged and got my money. They still send me coupons and promotion information by mail and text.
I can’t understand.

These SOB took my money and never sent my order out ! I emailed them and was told nothing I requested for a refund n still nothing scam scam scam !! No tracking number nothing kiss my chops company

Placed an order in mid February and still do not have my product. What a waste of a company. I unsubscribed from their emails and continue to receive emails wanting me to shop at their store for more items. How about sending me what I ordered three months ago before you try to lure me into buying more stuff that will never come.

OK so now I know to check the reviews of an unknown company reviews before giving them my credit card information.
Like the other reviewers said, they don't ship and there is no customer service or response. Tip: Another place to check
is just type in "is ---(company name) --legit?" Call your credit card bank right away and file a claim to get your payment reversed.

I place an order on March 15, 2020. Today is April 23, 2020 and I still have not received my order. I have sent two emails requesting status of my order. To date, I have had no reply. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Update: I finally received my order on May 9, 2020. However, it was not the complete order. I ordered the Blingaholic Accessories Diamond Applicator Set. I received the diamonds. But the applicator was missing. A lot of good the diamonds will do me without the applicator. Also, the diamonds are teeny tiny. Never again will I order from a company that is located overseas.

I ordered ear pods last month and they still have not arrived , I've gotten emails about them and the tracking says they are coming from china but i still have not received anything at all!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I do not personally recommend purchasing from this site. Extremely slow shipping. I downloaded the recommended app for tracking and watched it sit at their location for almost a month before it actually shipped. After 6 attempts to reach out to customer service the only responses were the same exact canned reply from different people everytime. Since this is the case I recommend thinking multiple times before purchasing cause they do not seem to do refunds. Least to say after ordering 1 item on March 17th, not receiving any assistance I finally received it today. Over a month later. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Bought something there, paid already the item they say it is already given to shipment and since 3-4 Weeks nothing happen dont trust them u wouldnt get any items or a answer the shipment was only a Electric annoucment for china Post means Not that anything gone out

I received an incomplete order. I sent them an e-mail and nobody has answered me at all.
This site is a trap. My order (# 2407) is an electric saw with 3 blade tips. They just sent me the 3 blades only.
They are thieves. That is the truth. Don't buy there.

Still waiting over a month for my earbuds they took my money out of my account and still have nothing what a joke

I ordered a set of ear pods a month ago and still have not received my order. This company /seller do not provide a way to track the shipping of your order. They don’t provide any telephone numbers to contact them. They only provide an email address. I had sent them several emails with my order number and asked them to tell me anything about the status of my order. The only reply that I received by email was a standard automated reply to say that if you have not received your order, there might be delays due to Covid19. However, I have not yet heard from them again and I have not received my order. Obviously, this company has the worst customer service and the worst communication. Now, I am not even sure if this company is real , cause how could a company not have a customer service phone number to be contacted nor provide any tracking on a customer order?? This is very shady and very fishy .

I would give less if possible DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY they do not respond and there is no guarantee you get your product. It’s been weeks now for me and I have no idea if it’s coming.

I'm sorry I have to give them one star. In regards of usabigdeal, ist their ads are deceiving, 2nd they say you'll receive your order in 1-2 weeks it'll probably months, 3rd customer service is comlpetely nonexistent. Anything you can find at usabigdeal you can find at Wish or AliExpress at a much better price and they have excellent customer service. They take a long time to ship but you know that up front. Do not buy from usabigdeal. Dealing with them will be a big dissapointment.
