It was too many steps by releasing to use. It's impossible to know if all the lights on the trailer is in oredr before connecting it to the car, and I think it's too much with pictures when delivering it too.

First hanger missing the step-wheel. Only half the bracket left. Had to order a new.
New, second hanger no left turn signal.

I was hard to understand how to use the app system and how to select the correct item among several car trailers that looked similar, since the item number was only displayed after I had chosen one of the trailers. And when I had paid, the padlock did not unlock, so I could not use the car trailer.

Almost perfect. The only thing I think is lacking is the possibility to choose the trailer I want. The app gives one random trailer. So if there is something wrong with the trailer, then I can't pick another trailer like that. Unless I try again changing from open trailer to closed trailer or vice-versa, Then I get another random with those specifications.

Free rental costs money!
What was supposed to be a 3 hour free rental ended up costing me money after 1 1/2 hours allegedly due to «late return». I also struggled more than 20 minutes to get the trailer off the hook. This is not good customer service.
