It was amazingly easy to book luggage storage in a reputable business in Koh Phangan. Google pay was supported, which made my decision easier, as I avoid sharing payment info.

I needed to store a couple luggage bags while traveling to avoid having to carry them around with me while shopping. Bounce had a convenient location nearby, the staff was friendly, and there were no hassles while dropping off or picking up my luggage. Definitely recommend to anyone needing to store their luggage for a short period of time!

Friendly people. Easy process.

The process was easy in terms of finding a drop off location, payment, getting a QR code, and making changes the booking (even on last minute). However, we were worried about the safety of our luggages as when we claimed the bags, the hotel receptionist didn’t even bother to check if we get the right bags and it was right at the hallway where anyone can just take it if they want. Overall that is the only concern but everything else run smoothly. Maybe we could have chosen a different drop off area but unfortunately that was the closes one, and the rest requires longer walk or a taxi ride as we had 2 large luggages.

I went to the bounce luggage storage at Hotel Moderno a week ago to check if it would be possible to leave my parents my keys to my apartment there and have them pick it up later the same day, the concierge there told me there would be no problem as long as they had the confirmation email of the booking and an image of the ticket they'd give me when dropping off the item, and that the keys should preferably be in a bag. Great so I made the booking online to leave the bag today. Well today I almost lost my flight because another concierge named Mikael decided that because I'm Argentine I'm clearly trying to drug smuggle and refused to take my item and said anyone picking up the item has to have the physical ticket. I told him I could leave personal details, that I could give my parents the details of the credit card used for the payment so they could confirm, send emails identifying they would be picking it up, anything. No Mikael decided helping in any way would be above his professional standards and simply refused and told me to cancel and hope they'll refund me. Horrendous service, inconsistent information and a huge waste of time. Will never use this company again.

They made it so easy to drop our luggage near the train station and tour Winchester. Staff are friendly. Recommended a tasty spot for lunch. Drop off and pickup were easy and convenient. Thank you!

It was very convenient for our visit to Westminster Abbey and 12 minutes from tube/railway station. A great place for lunch and lovely staff.
