Great location at Metro exit. Accessible hours.
I submitted hours 11 to 4 p.m. unfortunately did not get there until 12:30 but pick up time remains the same or else there is an additional charge is barcode is scanned so there is no accommodation on the part of the Host.

Shenmue Safehouse
Even though there was a language barrier, the service provide here was top tier.
My bags were pretty huge, as I'm on holiday, and regular lockers just aren't big enough. This place was able to accommodate.
The gentleman seemed to be working alone and when I arrived he immediately excused himself from the customer he was already working with, confirmed my booking with me and then I was on my way. He was very polite and was very helpful.
If you're like me and you're doing a Shenmue pilgrimage, I strongly recommend storing your luggage here. It's right around the corner from Dobuita Street and close enough to the residential areas to get some truly awe inspiring pictures.
I would 100% use this place again. 5 stars, thank you very much!

I am really struggling with storage companies in Buenos Aires. I booked and paid for a bounce storage place in advance, for one day. When i arrived i found it was closed...stranded with my bags.

The Bounce experience in Hue
The Bounce App, is really simple & straightforward to use, however communication within each venue about luggage storage facilities should be better.
