Super easy, bags are stored in the companies headquarters which is on the third floor of an apartment complex. No one has access to the bags except for them!

Bad experience in Sevilla
I had booked storage for 2 big bags + 1 small bag ( carry on size ) at Express Market Fruta Bazar Y Complementos in Sevilla.
When we arrived the person who took care of the bags hardly spoke English, and she claimed that the 3rd bag was not a small bag. She therefore charged me 3 ekstra Euros.
I would advice you against using this storage facility.
