Simple setup, no annoying adjustments. Opened it, put it on, done. Been sleeping on it every night since.
Arrived quicker than I expected and setup took like 2 mins. No weird smell either which I appreciated.

The company seems like a scam running out of China entirely
The product also arrived with no labels and what’s so ever indicating the company name. It had nothing on it and arrived in a plastic wrap in a shipping bag.

We bought the king mattress topper NOT happy
We bought the king mattress topper. Started with Amazon but referred directly to West Month. Can’t believe Amazon would even be associated with this company in any way. Tried the topper for several nights but didn’t meet our expectations. We thought we would sink in but instead it didn’t make a difference to our firm mattress. We tried emailing several times to return within the 30 day period. Finally got a response back that we could return it but we have to pay. And the return address is CHINA!!! Probably would cost as much to return as the topper itself. Extremely dissatisfied all the way around with the product and customer service!!!!

Beware of returns, customer pays to ship back to China
We bought one of their mattress toppers online through Facebook and by mistake. My husband ordered it twice. When we tried to return it, we had to pay shipping back to Asia. Which on their website it said easy returns. Nothing about the honor needed to pay to ship it to China. Buyer beware
