I purchased two packets of Living Will
I purchased two packets of Living Will, regular Will, and POA from Working Advantage. Did my (Jean) three documents, but couldn't figure out how to get the 2nd set of documents, purchased for my husband. The support line said that I should have a second code for my order, which I found, but can't figure out where to put the code in so we can complete my husband (Roger) information. Otherwise, good.

Dealing with them was good. I had questions and could not get assistance. They were to busy. I wanted to cancel and get refunded. As of April 14, I’m still having great difficulty getting my money back. I will NEVER purchase another Groupon. If you have an issue you are stuck.

We explained that this is a completely different company. We don't even offer our services on Groupon anymore (partly because of the hassle with redeeming voucher codes). We then answered three other questions about working through the service and distributing the assets. Your Wills do now look complete. It looks to me that your one-star should be directed at Groupon. After the purchase
After the purchase, it says to check and review with an attorney. Why would I need you then? I'd be paying twice for the same service. I have requested a refund. This way, I will have peace of mind by utilizing the services of an attorney.

If you choose this option, and decide to type a description of your plan, then we draw your attention to an optional service that we offer that has one of our estate planning attorneys review this section for you. Thought I had renewed subscription previously. Evidently I had not, but to renew two I could not access the discount rate for two because of being on different dates. Don't know I will renew next time!!

Hi Edward, thank you for the review, but this isn't correct at all. You can add 5 years to both accounts at the couple's rate. The price for a 5 year extension is $29.95 for one person, and $39.95 for a couple. I have checked and the couple's rate is available to you if you login to your account because your accounts are linked.
Slightly confusing, but manageable
We found the steps to complete our task a bit confusing. We also went through the time to do a living will, only to realize that there was an extra charge for that. I can’t remember the specific question, but it was in the beneficiary section wrap up. All that being said, we would still recommend this service.
