The personnel at U store It Little Island are very responsive to my queries and pleasant to interact with in person. The facility is clean and easy to access.

The reason for not giving it 5 stars is that I was sent an invoice for my monthly payment and there was no mention on it that I was doing automatic payment. This meant I had to contact them to clarify as I was concerned that I would be behind on my payments. Mentioning the automatic payment on my invoice would have saved a bit of hassle. I am not sure that was a local issue as much as a central one.

The staff are friendly.... the facility is well organised and secure ... can't ask for more.....

I had a last-minute situation where I urgently needed a safe place to store my furniture while moving. I contacted U Store It, Liffey Valley, and I was really impressed by the service.

In particular, Katie Coates went above and beyond to help me. Even though it was outside her working hours, she made sure everything was organised quickly so that I could move my belongings into storage without any stress. Thanks!

The facilities themselves are clean, secure, and easy to access, with plenty of space and good parking, which made moving everything in straightforward.

Overall, I would highly recommend U Store It Liffey Valley - especially thanks to Katie, who truly cares about her customers and goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly.

This was my first time using UStoreIt and I have to say I had such a positive experience. I was to specifically thank Basak for her help. She was very kind, helpful and went out of her way to make sure I got everything sorted. She even stayed longer to remove one of the padlocks on my unit. I feel the price is very reasonable, the service is incredible and everything is fairly straight forward. The biggest thing I care about is safety and they have good protocols in place to make sure the users and units are safe the whole time. Thank you Basak for all your help! 10 out of 10!

Booked a unit recently. Found location perfect and felt my property was very safe and protected. Also got packaging as they had everything I needed. Donna in office was a huge help, made the whole process easy. I would easily recommend U Store It Little Island Cork

Excellent and professional service, team members are helpful and supportive. Changing the storage unit was easy to arrange, as was cancelling the unit. The storage unit and building are clean and well-maintained. Sufficient parking places and trollies are available. Would use their service again if required.

The whole experience of dealing with U Store It has been very easy and stress free. The staff in the Little Island unit are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending U Store It to family or friends.

Recently moved to a bigger unit. They made the whole experience completely painless, and even credited me the remaining time on the unit I was leaving. They are profession at all times and easy to use, I would highly recommend if you have storage needs.
