This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I was attempting to set up a notary service for my cleint in the Philippines. Keep in mind I notarize over 1000 documents in a year for my small business. My credit card was charged as I was attempting to set up a notary session. The browser inadvertently closed and I never received confirmation nor did my client. I emailed customer service starting at 8 am and it is now 6 pm EST and I have no resolution so I decided to call them. The girl who answered had an attitude right off the bat, she apparently was the one I was communicating with but I don't understand why she is being short with me. Not to mention she had a child crying in the background which is completely UNPROFFESIONAL. I explained to her that my card was charged and I never received a confirmation email nor did my client. I believe the client's email might have been entered incorrectly. They stated they have no way to look up my transacation without a confirmation email, yet they can't explain why my card was charged. I asked for their billing department and they said they can't transfer me to billing. Now I am going to have to go dispute a charge because for whatever reason they can't connect me with their billing department? I have never heard of such nonsense. As a small business owner that prides herself on customer service, I am extremely disappointed and will not use your service. You lost a potential client that could have provided you $1000s in revenue.

This was a very prompt, efficient and effective service. I needed to use the International Notary Service. I got an appointment within thirty minutes, easy to follow identification procedures and was dealt with by a very helpful person called Ariel. The notarised document was emailed to me immediately after the appointment. An excellent service.

I am out $90.53US that I had initially paid before getting a second bill hours after the process with the Notary. I have got nothing of value and wasted two days of my time.
Does not accept Canadian Postal Codes, so phony code needed. I spent about 40 minutes trying to figure out how to give access to my Iphone Camera. I scanned the QR code and tried the link and I kept getting the message "give your camera access". I did Google searches to no avail. I saw that you recommended Safari which has no Windows 11 version. I then found a way to give access to my laptop camera.

It took multiple attempts to scan faces and drivers licenses because initially no positioning guidance was provide. After multiple attempts a circle was illustrated to indicate face positioning.

Don’t waste your time and money! They can reply really quickly when they need you purchase the service but once they charge you and make the worse document you will never receive any answer! I paid more than $400 for a document I can’t use, because they said they will not change the document you send off but is not true! I send a Legal document with Legal size and they did a A4 document and is rubbish! They said they work for international documents and don’t have a clue about it! Don’t use this service!

Very smooth and efficient experience at a very reasonable price

I have used this service for the first time couple months ago. I am very dissapointed, since I have paid twice the amount, and didnt get any result.
First time, they over charged me without telling me, and the second time, no one show up on the video call. It has been months now that I am trying to get refund. I wouldnt recommend it.

The experience went very well for us. Getting in, verifying our identity, and virtually signing was very easy.

Being outside of the USA it was impossible to travel back to the States for a notary. This service allowed us to do everything virtually from home In Canada. The process was easy and very quick. We will definitely be using this from now on.

An an American Expat living in Japan, I needed a document notarized for America. I found this service and had a very pleasant experience. Signing up, making an appointment, and proving my identity was very straightforward with the instructions provided. My online meeting was also very efficient and only took about 5 minutes after which my document was sent to me within 10 minutes. If I need this type of service in the future, I would use this site again without hesitation.
