Our firm just starting using US Virtualnotary and what a wonderful experience. Excellent support as well, no question is silly, and they respond immediately. Our US Citizen client was abroad, and I scheduled an online notary service shy of 24 hours, not on purpose but due to a Court deadline. The set-up process was easy and my document was sitting in my inbox fulling signed and notarized. THANK YOU for excellent service!

Sometimes living outside the USA presents challenges !!
This service was very Straight forward! I was actually quite nervous , Being a Senior and not adept with a lot of technology skills ! My Son helped me with setting up my printers and the scanning of documents, so I was ready for the appointment. It was very professional and Quick !
This service saved me a massive headache and money, had i had to travel to the US ,as the documents
had to be notarized.

Great, somple and quick

This service was pretty easy to use. Much easier than trying to locate a notary and driving there to witness the signing. All issues were on my side and slowed the notary down from completing the process in half the time.

Ariel was very patient, answered all my questions and hand held through the entire process.

Given that the Docusign they provided wasn't 'fillable' for some fields, she said she would put in the missing information on her end. While I provided her with that information, I got two notarized documents twice with so many errors in it that it was completely unusable. (Wrong Zipcode, Car Make & Model Unreadable, etc). On top, she charged me for the extra time it took us to correct the mistakes. When I called the customer service, clearly frustrated with the experience, they said they would cancel and provide a refund. So far, I have not received a refund and no written confirmation to that effect. DO NO USE THIS NOTARY!

It was a very simple, smooth and transparent process.
