I paid for the service but cannot…
I paid for the service but cannot access the program, and even though I paid for it, they cannot find me in the system. So now I have to go through Visa to get a refund, What a pain the ass for $35

We always want our customers to have the best possible experience and are sad that you didn’t. We have checked our records and see that, when you asked for a refund in March 2022, we swiftly did so. But we have no email record of you contacting us before then so are confused by your review. We are aware that there are other companies called uTalk, which aren’t language learning companies, so perhaps that is where things went wrong…? (For the record we never lose people in the system or tell customers to contact their credit card providers in order to cancel their subscriptions.) The absolutely worse language learning…
The absolutely worse language learning app/program out there, after paying for it the old "no microphone" detected bug raised it's ugly head and after 6 months (or more) it still has not been fixed. So anyone get the irony ? language app/program that does not detect pretty much any microphone. Avoid this program and hope against hope the company goes bust because your wasting your money paying for it. What a complete waste of my money. I even sent a support ticket in to them and to this date (8 months or so later) I have never got a reply and yes I checked my spam etc etc, I'm not an idiot with 40 years in I.T. I think i could get a mic to work and chase up a support ticket. So you have been warned seek other language apps/programs like Rosetta stone which actually work and recognise your mic. Nuff Said.
