Exceptional customer service.

Very helpful response to my email enquiry: I received a phone call during which the person I spoke to was extremely friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. She was not going to leave me without having solved the technical problem I was having in accessing my account. I was so impressed.

I was having problems setting up a new…

I was having problems setting up a new ISA account on line, so I called the customer support number. I got through to Josh who was very helpful and patient. He guided me through the process as well as doing a lot of the input for me. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and the excellent service provided.

Usual Great Service

The reason becuase I found lots of problems just to transfer my funds to another provider on muturity, and I have received a letter from another provider you have released the funds.
