There’s nothing special about the energy we sell. In fact, it’s exactly the same energy as all our competitors provide. But there is something special about the way we do it. Where others complicate the process, we simplify it. Where others confuse customers with hidden terms, we’re an open book. And where others do all they can to make as much money from their customers as possible, we do all we can to make as little. Everything we do, we do it differently. Our customers are a privilege. One we’ll never take advantage of.

Outstanding performance

For years we have struggled through the many problems created by incompetent, ill-organised and chaotic energy suppliers to our village hall. We recently connected with Utility Aid and they took responsibility for finding a new supplier who have proved to be the opposite of their predecessor. Contact with Utility Aid is so easy, phones are instantly answered and e mails elicit rapid responses. They make life so much easier.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service from Carly at Utility Aid when helping resolve electricity supplier switch. Always the first to initiate contact and clearly worked hard behind the scenes to monitor the issue and provide an update as soon as new information was available.

Sent me unsolicited email

Sent me unsolicited email with no unsubscribe option. The email was clearly a sales pitch out of the blue for their energy broker services. There was no option to click to unsubscribe, nor an obvious was to have my details removed from their database. I notice other reviews have mentioned this and replies have stated that this button is now included. That appears to be untrue.

They claim to have got the email "from the Facebook page" which is odd as they then couldn't provide the exact Facebook page they got it from. Seems like some rather disreputable marketing practises from this company.

Great service and advice from Utility Aid

We decided to use Utility Aid for the first time this year having had a recommendation from the Baptist Union. I couldn't have been more happy with the service we received from Michael Curry. Trying to navigate the best deal just as the energy market was reacting to the crisis in Israel was nerve-racking but Michael was clear, thorough and very professional giving me the knowledge and confidence to make the right decision for our church. All the paperwork was online and easy to access which meant we could take advantage of quotes before they were suspended or prices rose. Thank you again!

Excellent Service, really helpful & reliable

We have used Utility-Aid for a number of years now and have always found them to be super reliable and helpful with anything we have given or asked of them. Ellie in the Customer Support team is always on top of everything with our account and continues to keep communicate well with us on any on going works.

Utility Aid - 1st Class Service

Utility Aid are an excellent company used by many Almshouse's such as ourselves. They are very responsive to our enquires and show a depth of knowledge that enables them to meet our needs. Carly and Simon in particular provide first-rate customer service, always willing to answer any queries that we may have.

I was allocated a Customer Support…

I was allocated a Customer Support Administrator - Esta Harris who is amazing! She has kept me up to date with her actions over the last 12 months as she has battled with two energy suppliers who were inept! Esta has always got back to me when she said she would and has had such tenacity and the patience of a saint to finally get my problem sorted - thank you Esta.

Unsolicited mail with no option to…

Unsolicited mail with no option to unsubscribe. They appear to have scrapped emails from the charities commission website. I get an email from you about once month with no option to unsubscribe

Efficient Service & Cost Saving

We have only been working with Utility…

We have only been working with Utility Aid for a few months, but have found the help and advise incredibly useful. The webinar I attended was brilliant and gave me lots of ideas. Since signing up with Utility Aid they have really helped us get a better contract for our Electricity.

Great help from Utility Aid for…

We received help from Utility Aid for the first time this year. They have been quick and helpful and for all but one of our utilities, have been able to get better priced electricity for our buildings and street lights than I could find. They even got a cheaper price than if we had continued directly with the same supplier for street light electricity! You get one dedicated account manager so they get to know you. I recommend always asking for a quote through/from them. The paperwork is quick and easy being all online.
