I’m sure they deal in buying people’s information. I’m overly selective about where I put my information so I have no idea how these got my number. I have blocked them several times now and they still insist on cold calling me on different numbers to try and switch my energy supply. I’ve already told them I’m not interested I just wish they would take the hint.

Well today I had a call from utility discount normally I would’ve said no and not listened but a nice young man encouraged me to listen for awhile and explain to me how I could save myself money I listened and ask questions. The questions with a great knowledge not really understanding anything about tariffs and that it was a great help made me confident enough to say yes the young man listen and and answered every question sometimes going over them twice for me to help me understand as being old is a disability because you don’t trust and don’t understand but this young man gave me the confidence and I’m thankful for that’s. Xx people that take the time with us pensioner find we’re not that bad , we need to trust the person and understand and know that he knew what he was saying he understood , really for first time in a long time I trusted what he said and I am sure this is going to make me more reassured about my electric and gas bill and my Wi-Fi, thank you for spending the time and listened to me and thank you for taking away the headaches in the future

Had this company ring me up and the advisor was rude.
Then when I gave him my information he told me that could not be true and the information I gave was ridiculous what a poor service this organisation gives it customers.
I think this is terrible behaviour from the staff.

I would highly recommend this service .. well Worth giving them a call.5 stars .and so frie dly and helpful. They had me switched over very swiftly . Which takes all the hassle out of it. So glad I took the call.

The request to change is only partially completed. I have not received (or been able to find an electricity supply quote. I have completed for gas two days ago. I need to evaluate only after I have finalised the switch.

Switch over was swift. Submitting readings was more difficult than I expected. Asked for electricity readings for S/N and D. What does this mean? On economy7 I would expect a day and night rate. So I've submitted numbers but which one should go to S/N and which to D, I've no idea.
Received a SIM card, which I'll be using. Thank you

These people are dedicated to finding the best possible deals for us, the bill payer. The harder they work the more money we save. And just because they find you a good deal - it doesn't mean that's you sorted. They constantly check for better deals and often contact me with better ones. They are not like the majority of all companies - just out to make money for themselves.
