My internet went 'down' yesterday, so I phoned the 03337770777 number to find out why.
After waiting for 15 minutes I still had not spoken with anyone.
Why can't you employ some more staff?
Your ability to answer the phone is virtually non existant!!!!
Is that the best answer you can give me. I tell you I was on the phone for 15 minutes without an answer, and you're telling me to call you on that number.

Switch over from one supplier to another was easy with any questions or queries answered quickly by my adviser. The adviser also regularly checked progress with me. I felt supported throughout and saved a heap of money! 10 out of 10

The service support officer that attended to me was fantastic. She patiently stayed with me on the call to ensure that my issue was resolved. She contacted her support network to further research solutions to the issue and called back as promised to follow through.
