My experience with UW is great
My experience with UW is great, ranging from the Cash back, energy and mobile. Fare bills, it feels good when you spend and get something in return and the mobile coverage is superb. Not forgetting the friendly customer service. They're amazing.

Terrible customer service…
We have had more and more problems with our broadband. This week we got speeds around 0.55 mbit/s. My other half spent an hour with their customer service yesterday provided detail and photos and availability. This morning they could not find any trace of the information and i had to spend another hour providing details photos and availability. They would not say when a technician could attend. We decided that life is too short for this and bought broadband from a different provider

Great customer service but connecting is slow & not very helpful.
I called customer service several times to activate the new SIM and keep my old phone number. Each time I spoke to a rep, they were professional, friendly and helpful, especially as I really didn't know what I was doing.
However, it's a very long wait before you speak to a human and I found the options menu a bit confusing which meant the whole process was more complicated and longer than necessary.
