Paid for faster shipping, and didn't get them on time

I placed an order on October 25th, but it was shipped six days later. I paid extra for express shipping, which, after my order was shipped late, I knew wouldn't arrive on time. I contacted them by email about a refund for the extra shipping and received a very long email explaining why and how. It's a shame the website doesn't explain this in such detail in the email I received, which clearly shows an attempt to whitewash and an unwillingness to admit mistake. It's a shame because I thought I'd buy some shoes for my mom, because everything on the website's shipping description looks so inviting. But I will definitely never shop here again.

Very slow delivery and damaged packagr

Very slow delivery.
The package of my order was damaged and also the product itself (working properly, “only” some scratches on it.
No refund as the product is fully working and “scratches are common on plastic materials”
The say it is impossible to claim for a box damage at the producer. Of course it is. It is not the manufacturer’s fault, but the retailers who packed the product in a simple envelope. I did not ask them to blame the manufacturer, it was clearly not a manufacturing problem but packaging..
Would have been a gift to my nephew… should I give it to him in a fully damaged box full of scrathches? 😔

Never got my order and I was never in contact with customer service

I have paid full service of delivery and it's been a month now, since my order was placed and confirmed. Never received my order. I send an email to customer service and never got back an answer. I lost a lot of money. I will never acces this website ever again, no matter how polite the company answers, I see customers never get their orders or money back.

I have been waiting forever for a delivery
I have no updates
Those I do get can’t be accessed through the website the tracking doesn’t work
I will never order from then again
It was only a backpack for my holiday I ordered on the 21st Oct it’s now the 5th of November and it’s only just on the plane
What a joke !!!!!

The seller also has up to 14 days to dispatch the order, which was shipped on October 31st. According to the latest update, the package is still on its way and currently in transit.

I believe that, given the clear terms and timelines provided, the negative review is somewhat unjustified. All the conditions were stated, and by placing the order, you agreed to them.

Over priced, poor delivery and returns service.

I purchased a product from Uzo. It did not get delivered within the time stated and so I had to buy a different item elsewhere. During the research for the alternative item, I found an identical product over £10 cheaper. I could still see that the Uzo had not been shipped so requested cancellation which was declined. The item finally arrived 3 weeks later. The box was damaged. The returns procedure is such a rigmarole including paying postage for the item to be sent back to China. Never again will I use this company despite the corresponding emails from customer service being polite.

Never order from this company

Hello Asha and the UZO team,

I am writing regarding my aunt Adina’s order, to whom you responded in a manner that was, frankly, both discourteous and bordering on inappropriate. She ordered a set of pink shell spoons, 5 out of 24 arrived broken due to your insufficient packaging — not, as you suggested, the courier’s handling.

So thank you for your detailed clarification — it’s reassuring to see that your response times are apparently faster on public platforms than when customers reach out directly for help.

It’s also enlightening to learn that “express delivery” can stretch to nearly a month when interpreted creatively. I understand that each natural shell may vary in color, though I must admit, broken is not exactly a shade I saw on your website — and since when is pink the new fuchsia?

As for your mention of “false information” and “legal action”, that’s quite an innovative approach to customer service. Most companies apologize for their mistakes; few threaten clients for describing them.

I’ll be happy to update the review once the issue is genuinely resolved.

Order Still Not Delivered After 14 Days




I ordered an item on October 8th and today is October 22nd for my sister. It says it has been shipped, I chose Express Shipping: 4–11 days delivery, and now 14 days have passed and it’s only just been shipped. That’s not good enough!!

Still no opdate on my order and no way to contact customer service

I placed an order on October 17th, and today is October 21st. I received an initial order confirmation stating that my payment was successful and that the order would be sent to the warehouse for shipment. However, I haven’t received any updates or a shipping confirmation with a tracking number since then.
The delivery was estimated to take 8–13 days, but without any update or way to track the order, it’s difficult to know when to expect it. What’s even more frustrating is that I can’t find a phone number or any other way to contact customer service.
I’m writing this review because I really need a response about the status of my order and an estimate of when it will be shipped.

Avoid

It took more than 3 weeks while I paid for the express delivery 4-11 days to receive my package. I ordered a costume for my son that finally arrived (after the party) and the quality is so poor. Very disappointed!

Shipping lies

Made and order on 3 of oktober picking the express shipping said 4-11 days here the 17 in not even close to getting my order. I wrote to customer support about at least refunding my ekstra shipping cost but no.

Missleading advertisement

Pretty missleading with the order, "order now and will be shipped next day" yet been 4 days already, ive sent a request for refund due missleading advertisement, and please don't come the seller has 14 days to pack the item while ya'll had advertisement for next day sending it out, so if u want to get a item fast i do not suggest u making any purchases from this website

As u can see misleading advertisement, baiting people with a "quick" yet when in fact it aint the truth website is even slower than tenu or alibaba or any website, so if u got time to wait 1-2 weeks for dispatch then yah UZO is for u but if u want it be handled in first few days don't order from UZO

How ridiculous

How ridiculous! I ordered an item on Thursday, October 2nd, and here we are on October 8th — I still haven’t received any shipping confirmation. When I write to customer service, I get an automatic reply saying that the seller has 14 days to ship the item, and after that, delivery takes between 4–11 business days.

This, despite the fact that on their website it clearly says “in stock — ships immediately.” Two rather contradictory explanations, to say the least. Absolutely no help from them whatsoever — luckily, it didn’t cost a fortune.
