Wrong seeds and no names on the litle tiny Chinees bags

I have save a few years for something special. Now my youngist son was murderd and I want to order seeds because plants are to expansive for me . I got litle bags only said Chinese... I have no idea what was written but I had some years before my Musle Decease my sickness made me lay in bed 24/7 for almost 7 years but before I did a lot with plants and know a lot wich plant belongs wich seeds and knew what the seeds should look like and they are gave the wrong seeds. You can't reach them by phone, I'm so afraid of being scammed because I always look at what people say, seed by seed and good comments, nice big bags with English names on them, so I had complete confidence and now I feel like a stupid cow who has been fooled again. I immidialy saw it with the Plumeria seeds they are big like a mandeln and the one I got are so tiny I know from what plant they are but my brains are getting worse so I am sorry I can't come on the plant name now. But 1 thing is for sure I didn't order those plants I know it again in Dutch the plant called AFRIKAANTJE.
I feel much and much worse then my normal days are.

Allereerst wil ik u mijn oprechte deelneming betuigen met uw persoonlijke verlies en u bedanken dat u, ondanks uw zware levensverhaal, dit met ons hebt gedeeld. Het spijt me zeer dat u door zo’n moeilijke periode gaat.

Wat betreft uw bestelling – helaas is uit uw beoordeling niet duidelijk welke zaden u precies hebt besteld, en daarom kan ik niet nagaan of u daadwerkelijk hebt ontvangen wat u wilde. Mocht u bijvoorbeeld in plaats van de verwachte plumeriazaden afrikaantjes (Tagetes) hebben ontvangen, dan spijt me dat zeer. In dat geval vraag ik u vriendelijk om rechtstreeks contact op te nemen met onze klantenservice via support@uzo.com. Stuur alstublieft foto’s van de ontvangen zaden en een korte beschrijving van het probleem – zo kunnen mijn collega’s de klacht onmiddellijk controleren en oplossen.

Ik begrijp dat het voor u verwarrend is dat wij telefonisch niet bereikbaar zijn. UZO is een marketplace die in veel landen actief is, en daarom hebben wij geen centrale telefoonlijn. Alle communicatie verloopt via e-mail, waar ons supportteam dagelijks reageert – dit is voor ons de meest betrouwbare manier om elke vraag zonder taalbarrières op te lossen.

Het spijt me dat uw ervaring niet positief is geweest, en ik hoop dat mijn collega’s van de klantenservice samen met u een oplossing kunnen vinden. Ik wens u oprecht dat u, ondanks alle moeilijkheden, toch vreugde vindt in de dingen die u dierbaar zijn.

I haven't received my package

I haven't received my package, I even paid express definitely for it but it was just a waste of time and money.

Thank you very much for the information. Regarding your order, I can see that it was placed and paid for on May 18, 2025. You chose express delivery, which has an average delivery time of 4-12 business days. As stated, the processing and dispatch time for an order is up to 14 calendar days from the date of order placement and payment.

Your order was dispatched on May 29, which is within the timeframe we promised. The dispatch time was properly adhered to.

According to the tracking details, I can see that the delivery service Pocztex accepted the package for delivery yesterday from the delivery company 4PX Express. I therefore assume that the package will be delivered properly either today or tomorrow. The delivery is taking place within the delivery timeframe, which is typically 4-12 business days (business days do not include calendar days, meaning weekends and holidays are not counted). As stated during the checkout process: "The fastest delivery time you can choose at checkout is 4-12 business days. In 95% of cases, packages arrive within this time. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to extend the delivery time."

If you need any further details or have additional questions regarding the delivery, you certainly could have and can contact our customer support, where we will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information.

I haven’t received the package

I haven’t received the package. I even paid for express delivery, but it was pointless. On the tracking app, it shows that it arrived in my city, but no courier company is specified.

Uzo & Meo points

Suddenly I got an email from UZO about my MEO points, even though the companies are not connected? I have never subscribed nor want to do business with UZO. How did they get my data?
This is either scam or fraud.
Edit: for me it doesn't matter if it's uzo.pt or uzo.com as essentially it's the same brand for the end customer. The UZO as a brand gets access to my email address that I have never shared with them, and somehow gets the information about the private data about the points I have with a completely different service. This is treated as spam

We would like to strongly emphasize that UZO is a completely different company from UZO.pt, which provides telecommunication services. We have no connection to this company, which operates in the telecommunications sector in Portugal, and our services are fundamentally different from theirs. It is absolutely incorrect to associate our name with this company, which is in a completely different market segment.

If you examine the ownership structure and the focus of these companies, you will easily see that they are completely separate entities. Therefore, we have no control over what another company with the same name does. Since UZO does not operate in the Portuguese market, this review is not only false but also damaging to our reputation.

This review is not accurate, and after clarifying the facts, we kindly request that you amend or remove it. Please reconsider your statement, as it has harmed our reputation despite our multiple clarifications that we have nothing to do with this company.

It should be avoided

No communication with costumers, there is no support center, nothing seems to be in order with this website.

No order tracking, looks like a scam.

No electronic invoice after payment.

It should be avoided.

Update:

Your reply comes after 100 e-mails were sent. I can prove it, no one said a word. Anyone who enters your website and uses chatbot can verify that this is true, there is no one answering, it is a disrespectful company.

What more information do you need, are you kidding?

Our website clearly lists the email for customer support, which is easily accessible on every page. Contacting our customer support is straightforward and definitely not hidden. Additionally, we have a chatbot available 24/7 if you prefer not to wait for a response from our team.

Regarding invoicing, the payment confirmation (or order confirmation) serves as the invoice. This confirmation is immediately visible after the order is placed on the website and is also automatically sent to the customer's email.

We also want to clarify that UZO is a marketplace where sellers offer their products, meaning that the invoicing process is handled by the individual sellers. This ensures that we comply with the law and maintain transparency.

The claim that we are a scam is absolutely unacceptable. Our company is properly registered, and all of our operations are conducted in compliance with the law. We would like to emphasize that our principle is always to act transparently and fairly towards our customers and all of our projects.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find anyone named "Claudiu Constantin" in our system. Could you please provide more details, such as the order number or the email you used, so we can investigate your situation as quickly as possible? Ordered a package with express shipping…

Ordered a package with express shipping to Hungary. The whole site has hungarian language even the chatbot has its own buttons in hungarian, but it answers in swedish. They don’h have a phone support, you can only talk to them via email. They dont send info about the package. I still havent got my package, but the said maximum 20days shipping has passed.
