I like I like the V12 software. its very essay to navigate and help dealer boost their sales and does the automatic posting. hannah is best rep i have ever seen. she is nice, helpful and always there for you.

Helps us with the Facebook postings so we don't have to worry bout it. Brings in a good amount of messages from customers. The staff is nice as well, if they notice your app isnt working, they will call to get it fixed. Hanna calls often to check in.

I HAVE BEEN USING V12 FOR 6 YEARS NOW. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICE. I HAVE HAD A FEW SMALL PROBLEMS OVER THE YEARS WHICH WERE TAKEN CARE OF BY THEIR FABULOUS TECH SUPPORT. HIGHLY RECOMENT V12 FOR YOUR WEBSITE SUPPORT.

I recently canceled my account. I was more than patient with V12, hoping they'd to get it right. They were never able to do so. There were a few reps who really tried, but in the end, trying and failing is still failing.

The web site was nice and clean, backend easy to navigate. V12 made changes to that ok.. even if it took a few weeks per change. The finance application "errored-out" for potential customers regularly, I'm sure, ultimately losing us business.

The issue was, no matter what V12 did, and who tried, they couldn't get Facebook and other scheduled automated marketing platforms to update. It would go weeks without having someone to try and help, and then V12 would again (at LEAST eight times over 18 months) change Facebook settings, yet still did not fix the auto-updates.

We also spent considerable marketing funds as V12 designed to bring in leads. As crazy as this sounds, I didn't receive 1 lead through any V12 lead generation. So why did I keep it? It was a clean site, and we had so much time, energy and $ invested.

The other VERY big issue was when we changed prices - shown current on Auto Trader or others like, the price change would not be reflected on our website for days. They obviously use web crawlers, though not efficient enough to present anything close to real-time. One can imagine the challenging conversations with customers seeing one price and then presented with a different one. At best, looks very unprofessional, at worst, dishonest.

I was soooo, patient with V12, really liked the look of the site and a couple of their respectful agents. Thats why I still gave them a two star rating, and stayed with them for 18 months

One must know, we never received anything close to what they promised. I would NOT recommend them at all.

I’ve been a customer V12 software since 2009. In fact, both my dealerships have. V12 is great company to do business with hands-down, best app and website that pays for itself on your first car deal.

They are always looking for ways to grow and improve and their last upgrade with Qualifying leads truly changed the game for our business as they took on all of my leads and answered them professionally and brought so much more business through the door! This platform is easy to use and has a clean interface for keeping track of your leads. Any issue that arises is handling quickly, and their support team communicates well as their team works to resolve those issues. I would recommend to anyone looking for the best bang for your buck in a CRM.

I have been using the V12 platform for the last 10 years and without question it is the best "bang for your buck" you will find when it comes to listing your vehicle inventory both on your website and through their automated processes onto numerous classified sites. The product is very easy to use and if problems do arise they are quickly remedied. I highly recommend V12 Software.

We have had nothing but issues with V12.
They contacted us to demo their product but wanted to be paid for 3 months for us to demo. We declined. They continued to pursue us using their demo and they wanted to be paid 3 months in advanced for us to use it. When again declined. Told us to speak with others in that were using their product in our area, which we did. No one had anything good to say about customer service or their product. Everyone we spoke to said that customer service was not available and would take weeks to get back with them. That their product was sub par to cheaper alternatives.
The sales rep obviously didnt like that answer and would call our office up to 10 times a day and harrass our staff. This sales rep took it a step further and found our staff on social media and our staff's personal cell phone numbers and were messaging/calling us constantly.

We have requested on numerous occasions for contact for V12 to cease with our business. Even went so far as having our attorney write up a cease and desist letter. This has done nothing. We still get sales reps calling pushing us to do business and emails, even after we have unsubscibed.

I suggest staying far away if this is how there business operates.

This company is a total scam. Dealers beware. they stole about $1500 from our dealership and they are refusing to return our money. Pending litigation

This company is a scam. They make tall promises but deliver nothing but disappointment. We had nothing but problems from day one. The worst problem was the feeds to companies like CarFax and CarGurus. Their software has bugs in the feeds where information is either dropped or altered which devalues the vehicle's pricing in the listings. We struggled with their lame-ass support people who promised to fix the issues but did absolutely nothing. And forget about escalations, that falls on deaf ears.

The list of issues is unbelievable. The complaints went on for at least 6 months and they never fixed anything.

My advise to anyone considering them for their dealer website is to continue looking and run as fast as you can from these liars and thieves.
