This company is essentially a scam
This company is essentially a scam. They make big promises to get the sale but their delivery is beyond inadequate. In 2 weeks, I went through 3 different support people. Each one had no idea how to correct their errors. What they said was automated was actually a manual update done by a person. So if that person doesn't know what they are doing, the results are junk (as they were in my case). After about 20 emails and 5 phone calls to try to get them to make their software do even half of what they promised I canceled the contract.
