Good product bad customer service. They will charge your card without authorization. Then ignore you when you contact them to cancel the charge. Had to dispute it with my bank. That's untrustworthy.
5k reviews on their website and only 1 is a 1 star??? For protein powder??? Taste is very subjective. Seen a few people saying they delete complaints! Read the reviews on amazon they can't alter! It's full of unhealthy sweeteners and taste awful!
They delete comments and reviews of products. Their plant based meal powder is disgusting and they removed my 1 star review from their website immediately - they clearly filter reviews which is why I came on TrustPilot to leave this. They have deleted dozens of comments on their ad campaigns on social media saying the same thing. They are lying to their customers and using reviews from their whey powder to sell their plant based powder. I won't buy from them again since they delete reviews. Very unimpressed with this company. Lying to customers will not get you far. OH and being rude and ridiculously replying to customers repeatedly is really the cherry on top.
