Terrible Experience with Epic Pass Auto…

Terrible Experience with Epic Pass Auto Renew

I am extremely disappointed with the Epic Pass auto-renew system.
• The auto-renew box was pre-checked by default when I purchased my pass, and I didn’t realize it at the time.
• I only received one reminder email on March 5th, and the opt-out deadline was April 6th — more than five months before the actual charge on September 10th.
• After the charge, I tried to contact customer service, but I received multiple refusals for a refund, even though I never actively agreed to renew.
• Worst of all, Epic Pass does not allow customers to delete their stored credit card from the system. They only allow replacing it with another, which means your payment data is held without real control or consent.

This is a classic example of unfair business practices and forced payments. Be very careful: once you are enrolled in auto-renew, it’s nearly impossible to cancel, and refunds are flat-out denied.

I strongly recommend future customers to read every detail carefully and think twice before purchasing.

Evil Corporation

Terrible company, they are as heartless and soulless as a corporation could ever be. I would ski at any other resort if possible. They charge for everything from parking to water, I am surprised they dont force you to pay $20 to use the bathroom.

They are a bad place to provide you with money, they have a million promises about going green, but then they will build structures and chop down trees in critical wildlife areas. Overall a very evil corporation

Vail Resorts Super Highway Robery

My family and I came to Vail Colorado to ski and I paid $500 a day for two chair lift passes, which is a lot of money. The wheather was really not good, very low visibility and quite wet. My kids skied in the morning. Then they decided to take a break for lunch and I decided to go for a run using one of the passes. Since we are a family group and I was the one who paid the two tickets, i thought I should be able to use one of the passes. In addition, both of my kids were not skiing at the time. However, I was stopped at the chair lift and was not allowed to use The pass. Subsequently, the staff on duty cancelled the pass for the day, which meant $250 went into the company's unethical profit pool without delivering any services. Even worse, the on duty staff then told me"we don't hold grudges against you, we still would like you to purchase more tickets and spend more money with us!" No $&@$ kidding! Is there anything Vail Group cares other than money! Do you have any morals towards family and people?
THIS IS CALLED Colorado Vail Resort Super Highway Robbery! I ask all skiers worldwide to boycott Vail Ski Group!
A family of X should be allowed to use the purchased passes so long as the concurrent users don't exceed the number of passes purchased. Just like a hotel room! This is being fair and equitable to customers!
I also researched this afternoon and found out that Vail Ski Group has monopoilseed the ski industry worldwide, this is why they can make the game rules totally unfair and inequitable!
Fellow Skiers, we must United to stop this ripping customers act from Robbers like Vail Group!
