Purchased groupbuy keycaps (GMK Universe), spent over $100 and the company ghosted their entire community. Mind you, this was AFTER waiting roughly two years. Likely an exit scam, very sad as this was likely previously known as a reliable keycap provider in the US.
They're over a year late on a shipping deadline for a group buy. The set has shipped to vendors and has been delivered to multiple friends who ordered from other online shops but they have yet to ship mine and won't respond to questions about when it's shipping. Tbh I think they're running a scam - I'd recommend avoiding them if at all possible.
It's been over a month since I placed an order for an item that was allegedly in-stock. Nothing has shipped, nor do they reply to emails.
A check of their Discord chat shows that other customers are having the same experience. All indications are that Vala is pulling an exit scam.
Four weeks since I ordered an $500 "in-stock" kb + extras from Vala and I still didn't get any update. Support email has been silent all this time. Based on Discord, lots of people there are in the same situation and mods don't get any updates from the owners either. Is Vala Supply really such a shit-show?

Please beware of this site, it is a scam and a thief. It has offered Keycap for pre-order (GMK Abyssal) and for more than a year to the day I have not received it, and every time I contact them they evade questions and procrastinate and do not respond to emails, and on their updates page on the website for more than year they have been changing the delivery date of the keycap between every month to three months.
I advise you not to enter into any pre-order or GP with them because they are scammers and whoever wants to verify the validity of my words, please prove to him that I have all the evidence that indicates that they are thieves and have no credibility
