I was very nervous about ordering sofas without viewing but valencia made my experience very easy, I ordered the Kotor fabric sofa and requested if my sofas could be delivered before the weekend as I had an important event coming up they had them delivered with set up after 2 days ! The delivery also went very smoothly, Im in love with my sofas they look absolutely beautiful the fabric, the style everything about these sofas simply beautiful. I definitely recommend Valencia for their customer service as well as quality of sofa.

Customer service is excellent. Intelligent, articulate staff. I LOVE my new sofa. The leather is gorgeous. It's very well made. Transportation from Texas to Virginia was flawless. Packaging was excellent. I found Valencia online and read about the company, watched the videos. I was impressed enough to order. This sofa replaced a similar camel leather sofa whose quality was much less. I am confident Valencia's sofa will last much longer. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

If you are outside the US, avoid this company at all costs. Never have I encountered a company so unable to ship abroad. It’s been so incompetent that it almost feels fraudulent. I was told my order would arrive in mid August, but after completely inexplicable (and barely believable) delays I cancelled after they told me this week (in Nov) that the order wouldn’t be ready until January (though this was not guaranteed). This is nearly SIX MONTHS overdue. Worth noting that the order was placed in June. I’ve had an empty room in my new house for months because of this. I’m not even sure they would’ve ever delivered this order had I not cancelled. It has the whiff of a ponzi about it. There is NOTHING here that you can’t order elsewhere from a reputable company. Do not reward these incompetent, lying, fools with your business. You (whoever you are) deserve better.

I have been looking for sofa for our main floor living room for a year and was having trouble finding a design that was modern and allowed for our family to relax and watch TV on.

We purchased the Isla couch about 3 weeks ago and are loving it. The recliners on both ends are very comfortable and when they are not extended the couch looks clean and compact.

The customer service from Valencia was excellent. We ran into a short delay with the shipping company, however it was rectified immediately when I called the store for support.

I purchased the white glove delivery and I would not opt out of this service.

I bought the Chesterfeild sofa in ivory color, and I was pleasantly surprised that it looks even more beautiful in person than it did online. I chose the 92-inch model, which comfortably seats three adults. The color is ivory, but it appears even more elegant in real life — it has a subtle sheen that enhances the natural luster of the leather, which I really love. The design is absolutely stunning, and the aniline leather feels premium, though it does require a bit of extra care. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. The delivery was also incredibly fast, although I had to wait an extra week because I opted for the white-glove service.

The people at Valencia were helpful every step of the way. I got verification of which side the recliner was on from Clare, and there were email confirmations when the sofa was shipped. I was pleased with their communication throughout the sale and delivery.

I’ve ordered several items for Valencia. My latest home theatre seats really complete my rec room and everyone is very impressed with the quality and comfort.

We received our artisan sofa and loveseat a couple weeks ago and I just love them! They look so good. I got the cognac colour and it’s very nice. They are a little firm but i personally prefer that. They also seem very well made.

I ordered a leather love seat and a 3 seater sofa. They’re well made, solid and very comfortable. I removed 1 star for the length of time I had to wait for the sofas to be delivered. I ordered sometime in August and they arrived towards the end of October. However, delivery was white glove service.

The armchairs are very confortable and i'm very happy whit my purchase. Delivery and installation were great. I highly recommend the armchairs and accessorie ; they are of superior quality.

We purchased two Parma Valencia 92 inch leather sofa in antique white, overall the product is of good quality. The first sofa arrived on time, but the second sofa was delayed and it was difficult to get an appropriate ETA from Valencia, which is the reason for the four star. I understand that there are delays that are possible, but don’t think it was appropriate to receive limited visibility on why the sofa was delayed (without any acknowledgement that it would be delayed) for such a large purchase. They sent an NLI tracking number, but it led to a dead link and there was limited way to contact the carrier.

We bought the Valencia artisan full leather sofa in cognac and we absolutely love this beautifully well made couch! We love the sleek design and the color is perfect for our newly redone farmhouse!

We bought a 2 seater unit. These are designed to clamp together to form one chair, and because of this, the left hand chair doesn't have it's own arm - it shares with the right chair.

The right chair developed a fault, and the repair team confirmed it was a product defect. They told us that parts would be ordered and the chair repaired.

Over the course of several weeks, we had mixed messages about whether the chair would be repaired or replaced. On the day before the work was to be done, we received a message saying that the repair would be carried out.

On the day, a replacement chair was delivered.

Except it didn't match the other half of the unit. It was taller (construction, not settling), had different designs on the cupholders so none of my glasses or tumblers fit, and different controls.

The delivery firm would not give me my old unit back, and instead insisted I keep the new mismatched unit.

I spent over quarter of a year and dozens of hours trying to resolve this issue.

Got two leather couches from Valencia. Although there was a delay in shipping (we were in no rush) but quality is great! Easy to assemble.

Amazing! Comfortable and easy to use

I bought this Valencia Leather Swivel Rocker Recliner Chair mostly for my husband, but we both love it! It is Beautiful, Large, and Comfy! It arrived without a scratch and was easy to put together. All we had to do, was slide the back part of the chair onto the seat part. It swivels smoothly, rocks gently, and reclines comfortably! It’s also easy to keep clean. We can now enjoy a chair that is both relaxing and also fun to swivel around when we want to watch all the birds and other wildlife in our backyard.
