Scammers, ordered blood sugar monitor, received a cheap pulse meter, not happy, take them off face book.

Bought a diabetic suger monitor off their site on Facebook. Complete SCAMM avoid .received a cheap pulse checker. Facebook should take their adds off their site.

If I could give a 0 then I would. Ordered a finger probe to check blood glucose - should have realised it was a scam - I revealed pulse oximeter. Do not order from this company.

Ordered glucosometer but sent nasty looking oximeter.
Impossible to contact company.
Then read the reviews as per this service.

Like a number of other reviewers I ordered 2 x blood sugar finger monitors, but received 2 x oximeters. I have emailed them 5 times and they are simply ignoring my emails. I am going to try and get the money back via my bank now.

Paid for a Diabecheck finger meter which checks blood sugars as well as oxygen and pulse. But got sent a basic pulse oximeter in stead. And no way to contact them at all. Will not buy from them again. Ordered 8/3/2026 did not receive until 20/3/2026

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Wrong item sent and I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them but their contact by email is unobtainable. The UK phone number is not manned and messages to the number are never answered. I believe this company to be scamming customers and should be shut down.

What a scam!! They advertise things that are NOTHING LIKE THE ITEMS RECEIVED. I'm waiting for a refund

I wish I had seen these reviews before buying. They say if you have problems email them, you email them and they bounce back. I ordered one thing and was sent something completely different. Awful behaviour.

I wish I had seen reviews prior to ordering. I ordered a blood sugar monitor and what arrived was a blood oxygen monitor. I bet this doesn't work and it is of no use to me.
I cannot contact these cowboys for a refund. Email address will not work.
Please stay clear.
If I can confirm their address they will be straight to County Court.

Load of rubbish. Wrong goods sent and couldn’t get through to customer services to sort it out. Good luck if you can get through I’ve tried for 4 days constantly.

Ordered a gadget to clear smoke smell, an item arrived 2 weeks later, tatty plug in Insect repellent, Cannot get hold of this RIP- OFF company, Avoid like the plague. Feel like an idiot for trusting them. Learnt my lesson. Why can't we STOP these SCAM companies.

Avoid, avoid , avoid. 0 stars if possible, tried to cancel order. But email would not deliver. £25 down the drain. This company is a rip off.

Ordered 2 wi fi gadgets that provide free wi fi but not received and my emails to them keep bouncing back so reported to my credit card. Do not use them

Avoid as you will regret if you purchase.

I struggle to give this company 1star.
DO NOT ORDER from this company.
Took weeks to arrive and when it came it wasn’t what I ordered.
I ordered a blood sugar monitor, what I got was a pulse meter.
How these companies are allowed to carry on trading I really don’t know.

PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered blood machine. Cost me £25.59 IT NEVER ARRIVED. when you try to contact them the email address doesnt exist. Your email just keep bouncing back as UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED. I REALLY REALLY HOPE THIS COMPANY GETS STOPPED BEFORE THEY DO ANY MORE DAMAGE.. IF ANYONE HAS ANY OTHER CONTACT DETAILS PLEASE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

It's a scam, ordered a product including a free gift. received the free girt but not the item ordered. tried to contact via email. no reply for days then email was returned as undeliverable. checked companies house, the company was set up late last year.
