I wish I could have rated SP Valentique Shop ZERO. Complete scam. Didn’t get what I ordered. Tracking done so it didn’t show on my records. I was going to decline package BUT I wasn’t expecting it for a few days!
STAY CLEAR of this company !!!

Do not use this on-line shop. The item I purchased for an insta ad was not what I received. An cheap plastic replica item received. Very poor

Complete con. Nothing but complaints on FB about goods not received or wrong goods sent. I got my money back from Pay Pal with no problems. If I were Pay Pal I would have nothing to do with them.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are a complete scam. I ordered the sugar monitor and was sent a pulse monitor instead. When I asked for a replacement or full refund on the £25.90, I was told I could keep it and they'd refund £2.95 or, for a 100% refund, I could return it at my own cost which, to me, is not a full refund, as I'm paying for returning something I didn't order. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

zero bunch of scammers ordered 2 air purifiers at £30 recieved to very cheap mosquito plugs customer service is appalling sometimes answer and fob you off they suggested a refund of £2 and i could keep mosquito plugs or send back at my expense for a refund!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IF I COULD I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE IT 1 *. I HAVE SPENT OVER £25 AND THE WRONG ITEM WAS SENT TO ME. I CANNOT GET ANYBODY TO RESPOND AND THEIR AFTER SALES DEPT/RETURNS IS APPALLING!
ANOTHER LESSON LEARNT…..I WILL ALWAYS CHECK TRUST PILOT FIRST. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BUY FROM THESE COWBOY COMPANIES THAT JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!

Do not buy from this company £25 for something that is supposed to relieve tinnitus plastic cheap rubbish. Have tried to contact them no reply numerous times. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!

I ordered in good faith what I thought was a non invasive blood monitor for diabetics. What I received was nothing short of a cheap plastic pulse oximeter that is nothing like I ordered from the advert. I have emailed them and asked for a full refund. However, they have the cheek to say I have to return the item at my own expense to a long winded address in China, which they will then process a full refund. Upon checking their website they have a subsidiary company based in Central London, I therefore asked why this could not be sent to the London address. Have got back an email with some excuse about the item needs to be returned to the original warehouse. What's the betting the item will be lost in transit and unfortunately they cannot process the refund. I have had enough of these bloody scammers so contacted my bank who are looking into it. I suggest if you have been scammed too to contact your bank and raise a chargeback issue.

This is a scam company, they prey on people already ill with diabetes offer via Facebook ad a non invasive blood glucose meter but send a cheap oximeter unfortunately I fell for it do not deal with them.

This company should be closed down. Its a scam comapny using false advertising to secure business. All products supplied are not as advertised.Cheap useless imitations. You cant contact them and you cant return pructs for a refund.Bewatre everyone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Scammers, the Items I ordered are cheap plastic not worth anything.

I also ordered a diabetic monitor but was sent an pulse oximeter but I had a full refund from PayPal I never pay for anything unless I use PayPal

I bought and paid for a Diabecheck to check glycemic blood level they delivered a cheap Pulse Oximetre.
Really bad people that do not answer phone and email.

I am really upset with these bad people.
I do not recommend at all.

I was stupid enough to buy from this site again after all the trouble I had the last time,once again they’ve sent me a totally different item to what I paid for and it took 2 weeks!They sent a photo of what I bought and sent something completely different,so don’t be stupid like me and buy anything from them!

They are the biggest crooks as advertising a diabetic machine with a picture and then sending a total different item which i have to throw it away. I dispute it through my bank and they repudiated the claim saying that the right item was sent.
BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE CROOKS AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU COPLETE WRONG ITEMS WHICH HAVE TO THROW AWAY.

After ordering a supposed blood sugar machine,all I received was a cheap pulse oximeter.
Not the the product advertised wasted £20 on a cheap piece of plastic.
