Thoughtful Coaching That Makes a Real Difference

Valerie immediately made me feel at ease during our sessions. She listens with genuine care and attention, always ensuring I felt truly heard and understood. The techniques she shared have been incredibly helpful in managing my stress, and she supported me in gaining real clarity around my goals. I came away from each session feeling calmer, more focused, and empowered. I would highly recommend Valerie to anyone looking for thoughtful and effective life coaching.

Wise, gentle and seriously impactful coaching

Val recently coached me through her Stop Being Stuck package. I left corporate about 18 months ago to go freelance and came to Val for support after having a little dip/wobble and when self doubt started to creep in. Val helped me to explore the roots of my self-doubt and regain belief in myself again - using some really good methods to get to the root cause of things. I got so much value from working with Val that I've signed up for further coaching with her as I know she will be a great support to me in achieving my goals for my new career. Val is wise, gentle and insightful and did a fantastic job at holding space for me to work things out. I would recommend coaching from Val to anyone.
