It's only been about a month but so far everything has been wonderful. I will be placing another order.

I didn’t want to hear the name of this company for a long time after what happened, but I think people should know about my experience with them.

I had purchased tirzepatide from them before without issues. Then one of my orders arrived from a different pharmacy than usual, and it was also delayed.

From the very first injection, something felt completely wrong. It was EXTREMELY painful. I could feel it burning under my skin as I injected it. After having done these injections many times before, I had never experienced anything remotely similar.

At first, I thought maybe the medication was too cold, so I waited longer before the next injection and made sure that wasn’t the issue. Same thing. It burned terribly again.

I still completed the injection because I honestly thought maybe I was just being sensitive. I regret that.

I ended up having a horrible injection-site reaction, with large red marks across my stomach. Those areas later became dark marks, and about a YEAR later, I still have visible permanent marks/scarring on my stomach from those injections.

On top of that, the medication did not seem to be working for me the way my previous tirzepatide had. Despite being on a high dose, within about two weeks I became extremely hungry and started experiencing rebound symptoms. This was completely different from how I had been responding to treatment before receiving this particular product.

I contacted the company and spoke with them on the phone. During that conversation, I was told they would send me a replacement product.

The replacement NEVER came.

Meanwhile, my treatment was being completely disrupted. When I contacted them again, I was then told they would NOT send the replacement. They also told me they were no longer doing business with the pharmacy that had supplied my medication… ok but now?

That made the entire situation even more concerning to me.

So, from my perspective: I paid for medication that caused a severe reaction, I still have marks on my body a year later, my treatment was interrupted, I had to throw the remaining product away, and I never received the replacement I had been promised over the phone.

I eventually had to rush to another clinic just so I could continue my treatment.

Unfortunately, I gave this company another chance later because my earlier experiences with them had been fine and I still had a membership. My new clinic didn’t offer NAD+ and glutathione, so I decided to order those here.

Shame on me for giving them another chance.

This time, my product never arrived. I contacted them again, and the response made me feel like they simply couldn’t care less.

They were great when I first started using them. My experience later became completely different.

After everything that happened, I personally would never trust them with something I’m putting into my body again. When you’re selling injectable products, quality control, pharmacy selection, communication, and taking adverse reactions seriously should be the bare minimum.

The sign up was quick and easy. Scheduling my phone session was easy, and the session itself was pleasant. My questions were answered, suggestions were given for maximum results. I am still on my first month, but, so far, very pleased with everything from Valhalla.

I’ve had a great experience. From the providers to the customer service this company has been amazing so far. I had some issues with a prescription and they responded quickly and sorted things out. I also feel that the prices are fair considering that you have the option to do a membership or one time purchase and they’re compound in a legitimate pharmacy. They also have a large selection of medications and peptides to choose from.

Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! I received a vial of compounded tirzepatide in June 2026, i opened the vial and injected my first dose, within 5 mins i was instantly ill with nausea and vomiting. I have been on a glp1 for 2 years now and experienced ZERO side effects. I notified them of this reaction, was told that vial was actually recalled. I WAS never notified of the recall. I have been attempting now for 2 weeks to get answers as to why was i not notified and what was in the vial. I experienced significant illness to include severe allodynia….painful skin. Email after email has been sent to them requesting information, today their response was “ I apologize for for the delay in responding and your previous email left unattended, i see a new vial was sent out to you, is there anything else we can assist you with”…yes you can help me…what about ANSWERS!!

Quick shipment! Great customer service.

It was easy and fast to choose my product and get it home. The medication came well packed and with everything included. Really satisfied overall.

I was taking compounded tirzepatide, but had stalled. Changing to the VV shots broke the barrier and I am now loosing again. Also much easier not to have to time the pills with eating or drinking! Still have to gradually increase the dose over time to keep loosing, but no side effects.

The process is simple and affordable.

I have been using Valhalla Vitality for my testosterone therapy, and the entire experience has been fantastic. From the very beginning, the intake process and medical questionnaire were straightforward and easy to navigate online.

My free testosterone levels were 0.5 pg/mL and my total was 3 NG/dL. I have been trying for almost 2 years to have testosterone prescribed to me and every provider kept giving me the runaround.

I am on week three, and I am starting to feel a difference in my mood and energy levels. I wish the price was more affordable, but there is not much I can do about that. All in all, I am very grateful for Valhalla Vitality

Have been trying to cancel my subscription to the service.Sent emails mo response.called two different numbers left on hold waiting.I would avoid this company their customers service is terrible.

My Nurse Practitioner was very helpful. She listened to my concerns, goals, and medical history. She was very thorough and gave me a good Action Plan as a follow-up. I would highly recommend her.
