Three months a customer and dumped?
Three months a customer. First two orders, no problem. Third order, cc charged but no product. 12 days later, prescription is now out, feeling the effects and still no product. Emailed and called customer service and have not heard from anyone. If you are looking for a health service that puts patients first, this service is NOT it.

I had a wonderful experience ordering Tirzepatide. I was on vacation and had it delivered to my vacation location. I was able to order and receive the medication. I also requested a receipt after I had gotten my order. I was able to submit the receipt for reimbursement on my Flexible spending account for my insurance. I will be reordering.

Everything is perfect for me
Everything is perfect for me. I’ve tried others but this one has compassion with a capital “C”. I love my intake nurse Allison and her asst Sweet. They just helped me with a difficult situation and it made me feel like “I” really mattered. I highly recommend you to all my friends 🥰👏👍

My 1st order from Hallandale pharmacy was processed and delivered promptly. My 2nd order from Brooksville pharmacy was processed and billed on May31 but not received until
July21 despite repeated calls and emails. So I am not sure whether that is a Valhalla problem or not, but Valhalla was not very proactive in resolving the issue.
So - one good experience one bad experience

I have been with Valhalla Vitality for a couple years now and I am very happy with their services and therapies offered. They are quick to respond and the free consultations are nice. I recently started Tirzepatide treatments and I am looking forward to seeing some results. The provider has been wonderful in answering all my questions. I like how you can select your prescription or subscription that you want. Another thing I appreciate is that there is NO membership monthly. Most places I looked at charged monthly memberships on top of the prescriptions, which gets costly fast.

Worst Clinic ive ever experienced
Valhalla Vitality is the most unreliable telehealth clinic I have ever dealt with.
I have had over 10 (documented) orders severely delayed, with some sitting over 30 days before even being sent to the pharmacy. Same excuses every time, zero accountability, and horrible customer service.
Even after the "website refresh", this company is disorganized, inconsistent, and completely unreliable. I would not recommend Valhalla Vitality to anyone.

The website was a bit confusing at the start. However, once I finally had my Tirzepatide and began the process, it has been very easy. The only negative is the nausea on the 2nd/3rd day post injection. I have begun losing weight, which is my main goal.
