We are sorry for what happened. With regard to your order, we would like to clarify that it has been processed and delivered to the UPS courier within the established times. Subsequently there were delays in the delivery of the package which was discovered to have been lost by the courier. We have requested an investigation and we are waiting for UPS courier to track down the lost package. Of course we will update you as soon as UPS provides us new info regarding the shipment location/status.

The package was found and delivered, as UPS and you confirmed to us. We are glad that the package has not been lost.

Worst Site Ever
I've never encountered so much difficulty spending money in my life, LOL. They flagged my order because I paid with PayPal and my maiden name on the PayPal account didn't match my married name, which was also on the delivery address and credit card; fun fact-- if you want to change your name on PayPal, you'll first have to update your license, otherwise you can't. The Dolce & Gabbana booties I sought to order are cute, but they're not cute enough to brave an appointment at the DMV. Someone from Lungo then reached out to me with a payment form with one caveat-- they don't accept Amex. I only use Amex and the only Visa I have is in my husband's name-- yet another issue. The name on the order needs to match the name on card. They ended up cancelling the order so that I could place it again-- this time, in my husband's name. When I went to check out, the payment kept kicking back; I assumed it was because Visa didn't recognize the activity as legit. And in probably the most bizarre turn of events, Visa didn't flag anything because there was nothing to flag-- the site wasn't even running the card because Visa had no record of an attempted charge (I tried several times). They need to fix their website because it can't even properly run a credit card, hahaha. Ended up ordering the exact same pair of shoes from Italist for $200 more. Worth it, just to never have to deal with their site again.
