100% authentic, had one issue with them that was cleared up and now we are on good terms. They take a few days to fulfill and ship out orders. The longest it has taken me to get products were 10 days the shortest about 5-7

I never received my package I reached…
I never received my package I reached out to customer service they advised me to get in contact with ups. I filed a claim with Ups but I’ve yet to receive any news about my package. So I’ll be getting in contact with my bank hopefully they can be of better help.

First time purchasing from this site… very bad experience.
First time purchasing from this site before, Upon opening my package that they labeled on site as "brand new & deadstock" I open my package and the inside waist tag is literally hanging on by a thread, and they didn't even send me the actual off-white product bag. They sent my pants in a plastic bag from their company and then packaged in a brown box. Still no emails or responses back, pretty pissed and dissapointed to spend $300 on a pair of pants and they're missing the Original bag and the Damn waist tag is about to rip off. Not cool at all, will not be buying from here again.

Sorry for our late reply, our offices are closed during the weekend. The pants you received are new, like all the products we sell, and never worn. The product has been shipped according to our standards, with our brand plastic bag and a standard box. We apologize that the waist tag is hanging off; the pants passed a quality check before shipping, maybe it is a little problem that happened during the transportation process.

Glad I Discovered LUNGOLIVIGNO FASHION
This was my first time shopping Lungolivigno Fashion. It was the only site that had the sneakers I wanted in my size. The website is easy to navigate and the shipping was quick from their end. DHL still hasn't delivered the item so they may need to find other shipping options-but I would highly recommend the site for selection of merchandise and being very user friendly.

Prices are good but everything else…
For the most part prices are good. If the time zone different communication is going to be hard. They fulfill orders within 2-4 days longest it ever took was about a week. Communication and customer service could be more professional and less snobby but their items are authentic and they are legit for those reading reviews trying to confirm authenticity experience from previous buyers.
