quick, easy, no beating around the bush.

Great company. Always has great prices and I sell lots of books to them. Highly recommend using them if you have a book they want to buy.

BEWARE!
I ordered a book that was advertised as available. The next day they refunded me with no explanation as to why.
Kinda looks like they realized a mistake was made by them on the price offered and decided to cancel the order. Now they can repost it at a higher price later. What a SCAM!

Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their customer service is rude and condescending. With students being their primary customer, you'd think they'd be more understanding and considerate. I'll be taking my business to amazon where the customer is always right. Bad company.

Poor customer service on the part of Valore. When you say a book is a rental for a semester figure out what a semester is, don't just make up a 5 month period. The CSRs were rude and completely unhelpful with the situation. Valore did nothing to rectify this situation. Filed a BBB claim and again still did nothing and blamed me for the issue. I advise no one buy, rent, sell, or do business with them in any way. Let them go bankrupt.

Sold my accounting book to them in the beginning of January, didn't get my payment till March, emailed them twice about it and they said my book had been verified, but they hadn't sent the check yet. Don't use this company.

I ordered a book for over $100 for my son's college course. Valore claims it was delivered and it never was. Their response was that UPS was sloppy and to look at my neighbor's house and in my SHRUBS! I have never located the book and they refuse to answer me on any level. I will NEVER buy from them again and I hope you don't either. Textbooks for college are expensive enough without having to hassle with this to get a refund.

I sold back one math electronic access card. Prompt service. Paid within a week of receiving the shipment.

I ordered a book for my son at a reasonable price but three weeks later it never came. I inquired about the book and they said the original order was lost and would reship so I should receive it in 4 days. Well 10 days later no book so I disputed with my credit card. Buyer beware if you need it in a specific amount of time or at all!

All around crooks and have been for years - that's just one reason they were sued for selling counterfeits - look it up. College kids and everyone - do yourself a favor and buy, rent, or sell your book to some other company. They don't treat their partner companies any better than students.

I rented and paid for a text book from Valorebooks. After waiting 14 days for it, I sent them an email. They replied that it hadn't been 14 BUSINESS days. I never did receive the textbook!

Don’t use this company. They took my book for re-sell, are claiming it’s counterfeit & won’t return the book, they won’t give me updates on why it’s counterfeit & they won’t give me the money they quoted me for it. They’re just going to re-sell the book & hope that I go away but I won’t. They’re thieves.

I paid for 2-5 day shipping and received it after 6 days, but the book was fine and in decent condition. Also, it was cheap.

Very convenient. (Now to catch up on my homework)

Buying and renting from here is easy and quick and is also cheaper than a lot of other sites. One thing that bothered be though is that they charged my debit card before double checking their stock and then I had to wait 4 business days for the refund before I could order a different copy. That is my only complaint! I will continue to use this site for all my college supplies!

This is my first time ordering from this site. To think I was actually paying way more for textbooks before this?! Well my book came in perfect condition and although it's marked as a used book, it looks brand new. I wasn't able to track my book, which worried me a bit especially when I received the order delivery email because I hadn't received it yet. The email said to wait like a day or two before contacting customer service and I waited and just recieved it. So I'm relieved and really happy with my purchase and this site. The book was legit, this site is legit and I will be buying my books through this site from now on. Thank you for saving my bank account lol

Fast shipping and book is in excellent condition, not to mention great price

I got my books quickly with time to spare before my classes started. This is the 3rd term I have used Valore and I will continue to use Valore books.

Pristine condition, fast arrival. This is the first time ordering through Valorebooks (3d party) the supplier GoSKYO was absolute true to their word in description with fast service. I would order through them again. Faculty member will be extremely pleased.
