My book had a crumpled lower corner, which may explain the steep discount, and does not affect the readability of the book. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The book I got shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. The seller put up the image of a book one edition later, though (I assume by accident) so I thought I would be getting the latest edition, not last year's. A quick Google search revealed that if I'd looked up the ISBN provided I would have known what I was ordering. I worry for people like me who purchase based on the image especially when they're in a rush, but I understand accidents happen. Overall, I got my money's worth, and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Stay away from Valore Books. Sent a text book as a sell back only to receive an email saying they think it is 'counterfeit' and they have sent it off to the publisher to be 'confirmed'. So no money, no book and too bad for me. Since they have stolen this book (and the $$ it initially cost ) from me (and have done it to many others) I will pursue every avenue I can, just on principle, to get the money due to me. Shame on Valore Books for stealing from poor students. Each time I contact them they just resend the email. I have contacted the BBB, the publisher, the original book seller I purchased the book from, and posted many negative reviews in the hopes of saving someone else from being robbed by Valore's unscrupulous practices.

Hi! There was a discrepancy between the advertised version and the one that came in the mail. I ordered the instructor's edition of this textbook, but I received an ordinary student's edition instead. Either one is fine since I need it for a class, and I am certainly not going to complain about the price.

They send me wrong book ( instructer edition). When I contact the support, they were rude, started arguing about order. I have been told, I must have place wrong order, “ They just don’t send stuff to people “. Never going to use them again.

Sold them 3 textbooks and they paid me $82 which was the highest offer I could find for sure. At first there was a little confusion on whether or not they received my books but after calling FedEx & talking online with a representative from Valore Books, they confirmed that they had my order and within about 3 weeks I received the money I was promised on PayPal. Will definitely use them again

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE, I SENT IN MY BOOK AND 30 DAYS LATER, THREE PHONE CALLS AND TWO EMAILS NO PAYMENT TO MY PAYPAL. THEY SAY 2 MORE DAYS, 3 MORE DAYS ..WASTE OF MY TIME. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM EVER AGAIN.

Mailed out 7 boxes of books to different places... every single one payed me. Valore took a while to issue payment but other then that, everyThing was smooth. If your books are in good condition send them in. Thank you Valore Books!!

they took over two months to process a sellback and each step of the process I would have to write a complaint and wait until they confirmed something. Claim system error and rare but my rental which was sent the same day was received and they charged me two separate late charges when they said they were in possession of my book. Please don't use unless for a purchase.

I ordered a book on December 15th. Over the next week, I checked order status daily and everything looked as normal. Until the day before Christmas, the status changed to "cancelled".

I never recieved any sort of notification telling me the order wasn't coming. They never reimbursed my credit card or shipped a package. I am now without a Christmas present, or the money to buy another.

This site is run by thieves. I will never use this site again.

I rented some books from them for a decent price. They came soon enough but they were the WRONG books! I tried to get my money back and the return shipping (Which I had to pay for myself) ended up almost equally the original cost!!!! They do not give pre-paid labels for mistake orders!! Do not buy from them!

I've sold textbooks to Valorebooks several times with no problems. The shipping is via FedEx Smartpost, which is the slowest shipping service to use, and it's sometimes taken up to two weeks for Valorebooks to receive my books. But they have always been prompt on payment, and I've never had to contact them about any problems or issues.
