The salesman was very accommodating and very helpful patiently went over everything no matter how many questions we asked, and even though you expect them to be good to you because they’re trying to make a sale you could tell that the effort was genuine, but I have to say the delivery guys were just spectacular They were very friendly, very accommodating. They did a very professional job. The assembly was quick, efficient and thorough. Theymade sure everything was the way I needed it and that I was completely satisfied with everything before they left. They were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I am reporting this company to the BBB next. You will be sorry if you order from this company. I paid $1,343.70 on 7/19/24 (order #VA24063) and as of 8/13/24, I never received my sofa. The Courier, Deliveright (shipping #77700531542), has told me twice that there is a billing issue between themselves and Valyou Furniture.

Update to my previous review. It's been upgraded as the product itself is good quality and comfortable. I'm pleased with the purchase. Once it was set up for delivery, the guys who delivered in-home were efficient and friendly. The trucking company itself gave reliable information and for that I am thankful. However, I do want to caution buyers that projected delivery dates were not necessarily accurate in my experience and I had to chase after it and request exact information for nearly a month before it was finally delivered. The folks behind the texting and chat bot were kind enough. But getting a clear answer with results felt challenging at times. If you can be patient and plan that going in, that will be helpful.

I ordered a sectional from Valyou furniture in July. I confirmed delivery with their delivery company, Deliveright, for August 8. The delivery company canceled the delivery saying Valyou Furniture’s account was under review and they couldn’t make the delivery. They offered me August 22 delivery when I would be out of town. They would not offer alternate dates. There is no customer service phone number for Valyou Furniture so I had to do business through automated chat. When I contacted them on August 7 and explained the situation I was told the delivery team would reach out to me. Today, August 12, I am still waiting on a response from the delivery team. I requested live chat and was told I would have to wait until the delivery company contacted me with an additional date. This is so unacceptable and I am one day away from cancelling the entire order. Google their reviews before you buy - I wish I would have!

I am not sure this is a real company / furniture brand. I ordered a couch and it has been delayed by more than a month now (order more than 2 months ago at this stage). Their customer service is an automated bot and when "someone" responds to you by chat or text, I am still not convinced it's a real person as all they say is "we are looking into the issue". Response times are terribly slow and they provide no real guidance. Perhaps it should have been a red flag when they were selling discounted branded products.

If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would. My order has not been received, you can't get in touch with them, and they are totally unresponsive. I wish i never purchased furniture from them.

Original post was 8/6/24, now its 8/20/24 and I still haven't received my order. Original order date was 7/3/24.

Ordered a bed in June with expected delivery in August. They decided to push the date back over a month with no communication. When contacted the just stated they didn't have it yet. They are taking orders with no clue if they can fill them. Maybe no intention either. This company is horrible and should be more clear in their fullfilment practices.
Update: sales rep told me to request a refund since they couldn't deliver. Now they stating that there policy is a 50% restock fee! This is theft. The only other option they gave me was to choose something else they had in stock which wouldn't be what I ordered or wanted.

Not good. I ordered a couch and 1 pillow was missing and they delivered a mismatched one in its place and instead of saying something to me in advance, they just dropped it off and drove off. I called the store and they still haven’t returned my call. The could was on sale but it doesn’t matter. I thought I was buying an entire couch.

Shipment was fast and delivery was actually A day Before the actual delivery date. I was looking at some of the negative reviews and someone stated that the couch makes a noise which it does, but it’s not really bothersome. I’m hoping as we sit on it often the noise will go away. The material is really soft compared to the last couch that we had And I love the color, the three feather pillows.

Cameron and Scott were so great! They communicated with me every step of the way in route to the delivery and handled my furniture with care. I appreciate their work ethic.

Amazing from all aspects. The feathers couch is comfortable right out of the box. Highly recommend if you’re debating whether or not to make the purchase.

This company is a SCAM! Their description of the couch I ordered was a lie. I ordered the couch but the delivery date kept changing. When the couch finally arrived it looked nothing like the one displayed on the website. They claimed that they made changes to the couch around the time I ordered but failed to mention it. I did not like the couch when it arrived so I sent it back to get a refund. It’s been over a year and I still have not received my refund. They give me the run around, they promise they’ll send a check in the mail, they don’t give out dates, they won’t refund my card. They don’t call, text or email back. Speaking to managers and tagging owners of this so called business is a waste. They should not be allowed to be in business. SCAM!

Re writing my review and it was not a threat I’m doing my job as a customer who spent 2000 dollars and is not happy so it’s my right to write reviews as it’s your right if you were in my shoes. Now since it was flagged the couch make noise everyone you sit on it and it is uncomfortable

They sat they are trying to help by giving me a return and charging me 100’s of dollars for shipping I consider this couch cheaply made and the company does not do customers service by not letting them know the couch makes noise every time you sit on it and you move around on it
