DON NOT ORDER FROM VALYOU! This company has the worst customer service and will keep your money but will take FOREVER to deliver your product. Unless you are picking it up yourself and can verify that it is in stock, I would stay VERY far away!

I ordered a recliner in March and it said May 1st delivery. Then they said June 1st, now they are saying “when you placed the order it said August 1st, which is a straight lie. I also bought their Feathers couch last year, very crappy couch. Less than a year later and it already needs to be replaced. Don’t shop here

I am very pleased with my feather sofa and the smooth transaction with Valyou Furniture. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. My sofa was delivered on time as scheduled and customer service was very prompt to make sure that everything was delivered safely.
All my worries disappeared. I highly recommend Valyou Furniture for their professionalism.

Do not trust this company. I'll start by saying the furniture is decent for the price. My issue is not with the quality of goods. It's with the lack of integrity of the staff. I was lied to multiple times. I placed the order in December. Months in advance i told them I had all my family coming to stay at the end of April and needed my 2 queen bed frames in time. They strung me along offering discounts to keep my order. Eventually I tried to cancel my order given the delivery date had moved month after month and kept slipping. They told me not to worry - they'd arrive in time for my families visit. I checked in a few days before and eventually someone told me they have never had any clue when these were coming back in stock. They flat out lied the entire time knowing that my family were not going to have beds to sleep in when I could have looked elsewhere if they had just told me.

To make things worse, the 5% discounts they offered as a 'make good' were meaningless. The price had gone down over $100 for each of the beds i purchased since i placed the order anyway.

Don't waste your time with Valyou. They don't deserve your business.

Received my couch a couple days ago. Looks so good. Set up was easy and the couch is super light, which is Very nice, especially when you have to move your couch around. I highly recommend you go in the store and check out what you want. Delivery Was fast and easy and they even gave you updates along the way. Check them out!

It took a long time to get my furniture but Valyou was responsive and worked with me to get my sofa delivered! It’s super easy to clean and very comfortable.

We ordered the feathers sectional in cream color. The color is light but the material and comfort are exquisite. The company kept me apprised of delivery times and dates and the delivery team delivered swiftly and set up the sectional for me. This particular service is extra but it won’t break pockets. Great company great products.

The short version is....I WISH THAT I READ THE REAL REVIEWS 1ST! I just ordered and it said available in stock but now the delivery is saying 2 months out. What a shame because it looks like a good product but I will never know because I am canceling and just going to RH.

We were very concerned based on reviews, but our friend had a Valyou couch, and we had to have it. We ordered and followed up with customer service about our concerns based on what we read. They were honest and helpful. We received our couch in Florida two weeks after ordering. It was hardly the months and months people have written about waiting. They scheduled a date the moment they knew we were concerned, and stuck to it. Couch arrived in perfect condition and we are thrilled. Don’t believe the hype. Highly recommend.

I want to write a more positive review, I just received the furniture a few days ago and upon initial inspection it seems ok. My problem is with the shipping, the shipping company subcontracted by Valyou was the most unpleasant encounter I have ever had. They were dismissive, rude and downright unkind. Valyou needs to own their whole buying experience and choose subcontractors wisely, with all the options out there I recommend using anyone else- perhaps a company who cares how their customers are treated.

Valyou called to make sure I was home for the delivery and I took off from work to be there and the delivery service would not even address me, or carry the package to the top of my steps. They also sent a delivery receipt indicating the delivery was unattended. They were downright rude and dismissive.

Ordered this feathers arm chair and looks great in my living room! This is my 2nd time ordering from Valyou (ordered an Intimo couch the 1st time) and love it!
Highly recommend, the furniture is high quality and ships very quickly.
