DO NOT USE, dishonest and untrustworthy, they took nearly £300 from me and refused to refund it

Absolute NO NO! I booked with van plus for a removal. They rang 2 hours before the move to say the driver had rang in sick. I could not believe they they had no back up, new people arrived it was utter chaos. I could not reach them by phone they said on a text message to use internet which was not available to me. Utter uncaring rubbish company wish i had read reviews before booking.

Mohamed was early to pick me up and very efficient in terms of the journey too. Good work

The van service was amazing. My driver was very professional. However I had issues regarding payment. I already paid for the service then they tried to charge me two extra payments the next day. The extra charge was double the amount I already paid. Tried to contact the company to resolve the issue and was rudely told to discuss the matter over online chat as they only had a number for van bookings. This I found I found very unexpectable!!! Luckily I was contacted by my bank regarding the extra payments and stoped the extra payments before they were able to over charge me.

Excellent service. Very professional, quick, and friendly. Literally the best money I've spent on a move. Took very good care of our items and of the walls.

The service is reliable, easy and quick. The drivers, who are also loaders, are friendly and take good care of your stuff. I would recommend this service to everyone

My trip was with Henock Gebresenassie and another guy who I never asked the name of, from Hurdwick place to Winscombe Street. They were amazing, made the move so easy and smooth. Great guys.
Both arsenal fans, and now I dislike arsenal a little bit less because of them!

The driver arrived before 15mins of the booking time, but did not urging us :) He was really friendly and helpful.

I made a booking and then needed to amend the day due to a unforeseen hitch in moving .... my booking was cancelled so I tried to call them but the number wasn't recognised .... I launched a dispute and they said they wouldn't be returning my money .... so am now over £130 out of pocket (which I cannot afford) and still have to find a new mover .... am equal parts devastated and furious

Worst service I have ever had will never use them again lots of staff don't know who is doing what, they're all confused lots, the only thing that made my day fantastic was Mohammed the driver that did the job

Placed booking over the phone at 09:00 on 16/08/2017. Provided debit card details for a preauthorised payment to be taken once the job was completed on 28/08. Arrived home at 15:00 on the 16/08 Had two emails. First was a confirmation of the booking with the correct details pickup dropoff etc. Second was a receipt which read " status : cancelled" I immediately go to online banking and find that Van Plus -£25.00 Since then they have fobbed me off with nonsense about their system etc.
So if I don't receive a refund from Van Plus by 01 September Barclays Bank will initiate a Merchant Dispute with their bank.
*** Today is 01/09/2017 and Barclays have credited me £25.00 a what a relief ! I was given additional advice to report the incident to ActionFraud which I have done.

The wrong terms were communicated, the people over the phone are not helpful and they seem unknowing about the products they offer! They diverted me to the website to make my complaint and we all know what that's like.. so I would not recommend this website at all.

Efficient and terrific service from Mark and VanPlus. Catered to customer's request, swift and tremendous help from Mark. Highly recommended, will call them again for sure.

Great service, I just support would allow you to talk to a person during a crisis. But it all worked out in the end. Would definitely use the service again!

Van plus is a terrible company! It doesn't even deserve 1 star rate! I booked the moving online then they called me told me the price was not right, should be more expensive. And told me that they could help me to book a new one and I can cancel it within 24 hours without any charge fee. Afterwards another man called again then helped me book a new one again said for reducing pounds for me! I god three deals money pended by them. I cancelled it within 24 hours at the end then they told me I will be charged. This company is full of lies and unreliable. Don't use them!

Worst moving company ever. Don't use them. They charge you before anything happens and then change the time on your order without telling you. They take your money and then don't care what happens after that or whether or not the driver gets the job done or not. Total scam and waste of time.

Van Plus is a horrendous service - avoid at all costs

Booked a van between 12pm and 1pm - Van was not confirmed by 11.30am so I rescheduled for the following day.

At 12.30pm - they told me it was too late, driver on the way - via a no reply text message - these people are terrible at customer service - only interested in taking money - I would file a claim if I had time - I urge you NEVER EVER to use Van plus.
