Real pleasure to deal with throughout the sales process. Tom and Dan sorted my van out with no pushy sales stuff. They gave me a quote, I decided to go ahead with it on the Friday, my van was delivered as agreed the following Tuesday. Delighted with the vehicle (LWB TRANSIT) I live over 500 miles away from the office so Tom agreed to split delivery cost with me which was more than fair and much appreciated. These guys are very efficient and well priced. Deal with complete confidence.

Having been looking for a van for the best part of a couple of months. Trying all the big name companies, and getting nowhere fast, I came across VANANGO online. At first I was worried about calling them as I had never came across them before. I needn’t have worried. Wow, what a service. Within a couple of weeks I am the proud owner of a sparkling new van. Excellent service from start to finish. I was surprised to find no showroom when I arrived so I drove straight past. Tom Wilson came out to meet me and explained how they were mainly on-line sales but sold trade-ins on Auto Trader. After a test drive all of the formalities were dealt with in a professional manner and I came away a happy man. They had agreed on a couple of things that I wanted and, after completing these and a service, delivered the van 50 miles to my doorstep at no extra cost. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and the paperwork was all correct, there was even a quarter of a tank of diesel. Tom followed up to see how everything was a week later. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a van, new or used.

Vanango offered the best outright purchase price for a Ford Transit Limited Van. I was a little hesitant at first but was persuaded by the amount of money we could save and their FCA authorisation . Vanango delivered on their promises and were always contactable. I already have another van on order!

I have just bought a Ford Transit Custom (pre-registered) with Vanango and it was a first rate experience. I was really impressed with the customer service. I had also contacted the main Ford dealer for my location about another van and Vanango just seemed to be far superior in terms of wanting to help you get what you want. I first enquired with Vanango late on a Friday early evening. As the hour was beyond working hours I didn't really expect a response and I got one the following Saturday morning. The van I wanted had unfortunately just gone and Vanango made an effort to find the van that I wanted. The Vanango personnel were a pleasure to deal with throughout the sale process....remaining in regular contact with updates and calling back quickly if I left a message. The Vanango staff seem to work really hard and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to somebody else.

I called Vanango on the Friday and my new Van was delivered on the Wednesday as promised. The team were friendly and efficient, i couldn't have asked for more.

Great team to deal with, very professional. Catered to all my needs, very promptly. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone and would happily use Vanango again.
