HEAD GASKET / Would not take the van back

Business or so called would NOT take the van back! “SOLD AS SEEN mate 👍🏼
This was after a whole dashboard of warning lights lit up like a Christmas tree within just 24 hours of my meeting.
The seller became aggressive and outright threatening the moment I insisted on returning.
I’m no pushover by any means, so I immediately called the bank. They put the payment on hold—which clearly triggered his bank.
Then I received a threatening call from someone who warned me if the payment wasn’t released immediately, I would be getting a visit to my home whilst he laughed & asked me if I wanted a kicking.
At this point, I’ll just stop and say… life’s too short, and in this country, it’s already hard enough as it is.
Lesson learned. BIG lesson. 😬👎🏼

‼️‼️ Organised crime gang ‼️‼️

Terrible experience and no customer service. Purchased a van that was advertised as having no faults and in perfect working order. The day after the van started to go in to limp mode on the motorway. Called Vanstation for help and they didn’t want to know, I was calling multiple times a day and being ignored. When I did get through would be promised a call back and then no one would call. I found details in the van for the previous owner who confirmed the van had blown up on him due to turbo issues and he sold it for a cheap price to webuyanycar. Spoke to vanstation and at this point they offered for me to have a quote for the problem and they would either pay for the rectification or take it to their own mechanic. They refused the quote I obtained and assured me it would be taken to their mechanic and they would replace the turbo. During this time I was losing out on work due to not being able to use the van but I kept having to continuously chase for anything to happen. They then came to collect the van, I marked the turbo so I would know if it was replaced or not. They said this would take 2 days, 4 days later i was still chasing to have the van back as I was due back at work the next week. They assured me it would be delivered back on the Sunday. On the Sunday I heard nothing, only to eventually find out they are closed on Sundays and don’t even do deliveries on that day. Got the van back and checked and it was the same turbo so they hadn’t changed it as advised. Staff I spoke to were continuously rude and this place has no customer service at all. I continued using the van to see if there would be any further issues and after a few days the problem persisted and the van was blowing black smoke out the back. After six weeks and numerous phone calls they finally offered a refund which I took and ran with.

My mom also purchased a van from this place prior to me and it’s now completely not working and the company will not help. I wouldn’t ever ever go near this company again . I spent all I had on that van and could have ended up thousands down because they do up broken down vans to look like good condition and falsely advertise. The manager has even told my mom they don’t care about bad reviews online as they sell loads of vans & literally told her to “F off” or they would come round her house and kick the door in!!!!!!!
Later we found out 2 of the men working there are known to police for organised crime with county lines and people trafficking.
Shame there not in a prison.

Sold a shit tip

Sprinter van looked good cond 70k on the clock, decent price, seemed good folk to deal with. 3 days later the engine overheated no warning lights nowt just smoke belting out the garage I took it tae said the engine was more like 25 years old than 7 years old.
Phoned and phoned no reply email - someone get back to you BS by this point I knew I had been done. Cash deal no chance. Looking into this outfit seems a women is the director and there trying to shut them down? What’s going on eh… no right.
Stay clear. Don’t lose your money they will tell you what you want to hear but the motors arenae right from reading reviews I shood have read before I wouldnae go near them.

Stay away from this company

Truck fell to bits after 100 miles, lights stopped worked, started blowing white smoke. Mechanic I took it to asked " who the hell gave this a clean MOT"
I don't have any confidence Woodlands Truck Center are going to make it right as the messages back are sporadic so I aim to make MOT issuer liable.

Avoid this place like the plague if…

Avoid this place like the plague if you're looking for a van. I was told a pile of lies about the condition of the van I bought. Turned out when I returned home (200 miles) that it had coolant leaking issues, faulty ambient temperature sensor, adblue and engine management issues and also required 2 new tyres, a replacement thermostat housing, waterpump & timing belt. The vehicle was tarted up to look good for the sale and rust started to show through after a few days. Yes I had a test drive but with the fuel tank showing empty and the opportunity to only "take it round the block" a proper assessment wasn't possible. Purchased just over 2 months ago and has spent most of this time off the road under repair. The 30 day warranty which I was told about is worth nothing as the company failed to respond to any of my telephone calls or emails. Don't waste your time even considering Woodland Vans or Woodlands Van Centre. Do some research on Google.

AVOID COMPLETE COWBOYS

Sold me a van and was told nothing wrong with it (GD19 VCU), Whilst driving home there was a loud nocking sound coming from the suspension, it was seriously down on power on the motoway and once i returned home i booked it into a garage for a service, the garage told me to come down and have a look, and bigger problems was discovered, the van had been in a serious crash and badly repaired, the whole front end was bodged back together, Missing bolts, parts from different vehicles, Tech screws holding radiator in, front bumper SILICONED on!! Rear bumper fell off as i was leaving the petrol station, it turned out the bumper was held on with woodscrews!! upon the refund i was told DVLA will refund me for the tax i paid, after waiting multiple weeks for the logbook i phoned DVLA and they told me the van has never been in my name! ANOTHER LIE FROM THESE ABSOLUTE CROOKS! AVOID ALL ALL COSTS! I WAS WARNED ABOUT THESE PREVIOUSLY BUT TOOK THE CHANCE, BIG BIG MISTAKE!

This was just some of the faults found from the vehicle report!

Front end damage with poor quality repairs
Over spray on rear doors with dried runs in the paint
Over spray on Front Grill & under bonnet
Bolts missing from securing panels and headlight units
Inadequate bolt replacements holding the radiator in place
Lack of power from the engine
Severe front end knock (Suspected suspension)
AdBlue fault
Power steering intermittently not working
Spare wheel missing
Front Slam bar has been folded on the passenger front
Passenger side headlight unit is a replacement from another vehicle of different years
Passenger side inner arch liner is majorly damaged (Half is present/broken off)
Front bumper, Passenger side fender & bonnet is poorly repaired using body filler of which has started to crumble
Part of rear bumper fell off, Upon inspection it was held on via x2 wood screws (Completely inadequate fixings)
Sump leaking oil

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! THEY ARE COMPLETE CROOKS AND WILL LIE ABOUT ANYTHING AND TRY TO COVER UP ANY FAULTS RATHER THAN FIXING THEM JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY!
