Pro's - Good choice of vehicles at low prices, purchase process well managed including finance.
Con's - Vehicle delivered with no documentation (delivery note or similar), should have arrived with a canopy fitted but this was missing.
We ordered a vehicle in early March, we had major issues with before and after the delivery, the issues were eventually resolved and Vanaways representative Lillie-Mae Northover, was instrumental in solving the problems and extremely helpful, contacting us daily with updates of where we were with the issues. The issues never affected our trading as Vanaways made sure we continued to make our deliveries. Thanks Lillie-Mae, amazing Customer service skills.
Second vehicle with Vanaways and will go back again when the need arises.

Delivery was promised between 1-2 weeks, deposits for 2 vehicles were paid immediately upon receiving invoice, delivery took 8 weeks. No one would take accountability, kept moving goalposts and passing the buck.
Personal details have also been leaked previously. Unlikely to use again
I recently purchased a van with Vanaways and I am very pleased, Lewis was extremely helpful finding a suitable van and very competitive on the price aswell! Will informed be about delivery date and ply lining ect.
I can not fault the service provided and will be using Vanaways again in the future!

The only firm able to make a factory order for me as I wanted a glazed tailgate and bulkhead. Communications were good and I knew what was happening and when. Recommended.

Even spending nearly 100k with Vanaways after they took my deposit my experience was nothing other than awful. Useless of not no communication start to finish. Do not believe their timescales they have no idea when vans will arrive from supplier even if they tell you they do, then when it's late they just blame supplier even though it's them taking your money. I cancelled the last vehicle delivery altogether as at over three weeks late they still couldn't tell me when it was arriving. Absolutely useless go elsewhere where you might get better customer services and better price. Avoid! You have been warned!

We have recently used Vanaways to replace 7 fleet vans and we couldn't be happier.
We have received excellent customer service from start to finish and the process has been made as easy and stress-free as possible.
We have now taken delivery of all vehicles and they are better than we hoped for. Great price with the extra maintenance package we need.
I would also like to thank Lillie-Mae for all the aftercare she has provided. She has contacted me with regular updates on the delivery dates for each vehicle and was happy to call back for feedback after we received them. Very helpful and great customer service. Thank you!

Weeks and weeks of phone calls and emails the whole process took far too long to organise and was extremely time consuming for all involved.
There seems to be a very poor communication between Vanaways and the supplier of the van.
Frustrating the transaction.
Also too many different people dealing with my case.
Although I’ve got to say that Vanaways staff who did deal with me where very polite and professional,
My beef is with the above mentioned supplier to Vanaways.
Incredibly awful service they give you and thus in turn to your customer.
Same thing goes for organising the transporting of the vehicle.
Absolutely abismal communication.
Seems nobody has the ability/authority to pick up a phone and organise anything.
Emails are days and days of turnaround. .

But whole procurement process needs reworking, as way to cumbersome. And frustrating for the end of line customer.
