Wide selection and good service. The shipping can be a little slow compared to bol, (like 2-3 days before shipping) but that's fine for me. I was once sent the wrong product (a block of watercolor paper in the wrong colour) and they sent me the correct one, for free, and allowed me to keep the other. Will always order here for art supplies.

I have now received an item from your company . It is NOT the item I ordered, it is Not a GANT polo top!!! So please reimburse me my money as this is a sham, getting people to pay good money and then sending them an item that is inferior and absolutely not what was ordered.
If you send me a prepaid envelope I will send the wrong item back to you after you reimbursed me the money I paid as I have no trust in your company alas.
Biggest range of art supplies in the country. A lot of niche materials of highest quality. I personally visit the store on Bussum, the shop assistants are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly.

VanBeeks customer service is abysmal.
I sent back my order to the German address (having paid for return shipping myself, since my emails requesting a return form were left unanswered), it was returned to me saying the address could not be found.
I reported this to customer service and was told I would get a response with how to proceed. This was on February 12th. Still haven't heard anything. Still want to return my order and get a refund.
Will never order there again.
Wow, so many bad reviews :D I frequent them and they're fine, the online delivery works good for me as well... I ordered in Dec-20 from them and they delivered everything without any issues, undamaged :D ....they are my go to art shop if I need more mainstream brand paints. Tho I would appreciate if the brushes they are selling ale photographed with a ruler or something, as I bought the wrong brushes :D
