One of the worst online stores I've ever dealt with. Out-of-stock products are simply displayed as available on the website. You receive a full invoice for all items, but only upon delivery do you discover that some items are missing. No advance notice of availability, and no communication afterward via email!

I sent several emails but received no response. Finally, I received a response via a contact form: my order was supposed to be delivered the following week—which didn't happen. Now, three weeks have passed and there's still no solution. I feel truly misled.

I ordered two rolls of painting paper at a total of €179. After a few days, received an email saying that they don’t have it in storage so my order will have a one week delay. It’s strange since you’d expect an art supply store to have 2 (!) rolls of paper in their storage. But ok. It is now 2 weeks later and I haven’t heard anything from them. Ridiculous.

Do not purchase from this store. They are scammers and not to be trusted. I’m gonna spread this message in the art community.

I ordered an easel Mabef 09. It arrived in half open box and plastic bag inside with screws was open too. Two small parts were missing. This was a gift. Hope they replace them.

Top company, excellent service, great site.
