I should give minus rating for vance.
They doesn't credit the money on time.Everytime they delay the transfering money and they come up with reasons like its cross border transfers.
We know it is cross border transfers, I am transferring money from last 20 years.i will advice no one to use vance anymore they cannot compete with wise or xe.com or any other providers

Pathetic experience with Vance

Hi,

I have transferred 17000 AED on 8-March but funds are not received on India account even more than 24 hours passed.

It's showing Processing.

Looking at the other reviews, many are facing similar issue and amount is not credited after 1 week so I am worried as this is my 2 months salary.

Very agonizing and strangulating experience

It was all well until i made a transaction on 04-03-2025 from UAE to India. The amount is still not credited to my Indian account. Now the UAE time is 08-03-2025, 17:00 HRS. The worst thing is their customer support. Since 4 days i am trying out for help in their in app customer support, through their email, still not even a single response from their side except automated messages. I am using vance for 6 months or more. This is the worst experience ever. There is no way to talk to them. I fee, I did a mistake trusting them.

Dear Vance Tech Support,


I am extremely disappointed that I have yet to receive a response regarding my issue. The funds I transferred to an Indian beneficiary account have still not been received, despite the transaction showing as "Completed" and the amount being deducted from my account.

Due to this delay, I missed my EMI payment and now have to pay additional interest. This situation has caused me significant financial stress, and I hold your service responsible for this inconvenience.
I have made this transaction on 26-02-25 the beneficiary still didn’t receive the money till now. I have emailed escalations vance.tech and help vance.tech both didn’t respond and same with 24hrs chat service which never really response .

I expect an immediate resolution and a proper explanation for this delay. Please respond at the earliest.

Pathetic service

Kindly use this app only if you want to waste your money!
I transferred my money on 1st March, and today is 7th March, yet money is not credited into account.
I chat daily with chatbot, they say it will be transferred within hours but hours in 7 days are not sufficient!

Vance support team is trash. Only bots responding automated message after 2 hours.

I sent money from UK to India and the transaction was marked as successful but the money was never credited to my account even after a week. The only option to contact them is chat or email where their earliest response time is mentioned as min 2 hours for chat and no mention for emails. If you are looking to transfer money peacefully, never trust the Vance app.
None of their team is concerned about the money transfer being successful.
The transfer is still not successful after 7 days on 6th March 2025.

I am using vance from many months but…

I am using vance from many months but this time the service is worst. I have transferred the amount from UK on 3rd March and still the amount is not credited to my account.

I have sent multiple emails but I did not get a single response not even acknowledgment.

Till morning 11 am the transaction was showing as processing at 11:06 am it showed as complete but the amount is still not credited to my account.

I initiated the transfer on 4th march 8…

I initiated the transfer on 4th march 8 am irish time. Money reached vance same day 11 am. Today while i am eriting this at 7 am on 6th march there is no concrete reason given from vance why the transfer is taking such a long time.

I have been using various apps for money transfer for almost 10 years and i can clearly say this is the worst experience i have ever faced.

Fx transfers are mostly used by expats to support their family and this kind of huge delays are unacceptable.

If a vance team member is reading please look into these issues promptly.

Also want to know if and where can we formally file a complian on this?
